Absolutely. The Government can do just about anything you can think of. In fact, they pay people to sit in a room and think of cool crap to do. They are called think tanks and they come up with some of the wickedest senarios known to man. They can listen through your cell phones speaker phone mic, and hear everything going on in the room. The stuff you see on tv and movies are dumb compared to the real stuff going on, Always assume you are being watched. lol Just kidding. Or am I?

I've decide to start my own YouTube and I already made a friend and she wants to do a collab with me today, but I only film myself when nobody is home. I want to make more content, but I need to know how to record without my family hearing me or noticing. There is only one place were I can film somewhat without people noticing and that is the room where the washing machine and dryer are at.

Privacy on the Internet is a myth.Unless and until you are not someone who has a great influence such as Politician, Bussiness Man, Public Figure etc. You need not to worry about getting your phone hacked. Usually hackers don't target normal people. Most hacks are done through WiFi networks, atleast easy ones. So don't use public open networks. As we all know prevention is better than cure, stay aware and prevent yourself from getting hacked in the first place. Don't go to any random link. Use Google Store to Install apps. Use strong Password and different for different websites. So basically there's no way to find out if someone has already hacked your phone and watching your WhatsApp Video Call with you. But if you execute all the precautions i have mentioned you won't get hacked.And if your phone is completely safe then you need not to worry since WhatsApp provide end to end encyption. So no one except you will be able to see your video calls.
Can someone on Omegle record the video, and know my IP address and name?
Okay, firstly don't worry. When someone records your video it means that they only have the video of you. They can't acess your Ip address through omegle, unless they had some hacking software. They can't know your name unless you tell them your name, which is pretty stupid :p Don't worry, they only have a video of you. Your personal info isn't given out or known until YOU say something like my name is this and etc. Hope this helps :)

someone was video taping me during an argument. i said on camera stop recording me, you do not have my permission. the person then said that he can legally keep the audio of the recording. he said its legal as long as he is on the other end of the conversation. so i need to know if this is true. thank you.
