Okay so recently I had downloaded the app PrizeWheel and my friend told me about it. It's an app where you win free prizes by Spinning a wheel and entering in sweepstakesMy friend won the 15 iTunes card and I asked how do he do it. He showed me the number of bonus points he had him PrizeWheel he had 1 million points. He told me how do he got it He said he can't couldn't get banned for it. Also said that he was never notified that you he got banned. So would he get banned and how would they notify him.
How can I guarantee to win at roulette?
Each roulette wheel and ball does have a natural bias. This can be weighting, un-level table etc. If you can collect a large enough sample you can determine this bias. Yes there is Akiba catcher, they are also totally legit and even the crane couple has made some videos.
