All depends on your technology, availability of projects after your completion of training across the locations where Ibm is present for that tetechnology. So let's say there is a vacancyin Bangaloreand Chennai for the technology that you are trained. Then you may get offer from anywhere depending on your luck. If you want any particular location then you have to talk with the RCM assigned to u.
Can my employer force me to train someone without a raise?
Unless there's something in your work/business contract that states you get a raise to train someone, then yes your employer can say they need you to train someone. If you're feeling apprehensive about training someone because you feel either nervous about it or you're actually feeling you're not getting paid what you're worth, then talk it over with your boss. Perhaps they can find someone else to do the training if there's someone else that knows how to do your work. Otherwise, yes your employer can ask you to train w/o a raise. Where can i learn how to become a freight train or passenger train engineer?
is there a certain school? is there pre-training or schooling i should get first? Is it only on-the-job training? if so, i do i get put on-the-job if i have no idea how to drive one of them? what kind of pay can i expect to start and 5 years into the job? are there only certain states where i would work? how often would i be home? for how long could i expect to be away?
