you probably could if you have your parents consent, or you've been emancipated. but, don't. your future will literally be horrible. also, you'll end up regretting it and redoing your ged and community college. you'll feel so stupid later.

At the moment, my life isn't going very well. Parents got divorced, i argue with either my sister or my mom every day, i was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in the beginning of January (start of the 2nd semester also) and school just isn't on my list of priorities. Don't give me this bull how my life is going to be worse without a high school diploma because my brother (a drop out due to drugs) makes more money without a GED than my mom with a diploma. If i were to go over the whole situation im in it would be a novel, i just need to know if i can drop out of high school at 15 with my parent's consent in the state of Pennsylvania.

Your first step should be to talk to your guidance counselor. If dropping out is the best option for you, they will even help you do that (I know from personal experience). My guess is, you need some alternative choices in school. Many schools offer alternative programs for kids who just can't thrive in the general population. Another alternative might be night school. Check your local Adult Education facility and see if you can enroll in a self-paced GED course to attain your GED instead. Finally, there are some self-study type homeschool programs that might work for you. School and Education are not always synonymous, but Education is very important...school, not so much sometimes...

Go see your guidance counselor and tell him/her that you are dropping out. It is that easy. They of course will try to talk you out of your decision because they understand the realities of life without a HS diploma. They also understand that a GED is NOT the same as graduating from HS nor will it be viewed that way by potential employers. A GED is a piece of paper that says for one day you were able to pass a test. A HS diploma is a piece of paper that says for 4 years of your life you were able to show dedication to your "job" and successfully complete that which you were asked to do. Not really the same is it? Finally they will be forced to shrug their shoulders since there is nothing they can do to make you stay. They will listen to your story of how YOU are going to be the one to beat the odds and have a successful life and career without having graduated HS. Sure there are people who have done this they will concede. One out of every 100 or 1000 makes a good life for themselves, but sadly most end up in jobs where they are doing menial labor with little prospect for advancement. I am not saying you cannot pull off your plan. Rather I am saying that you are but one more student who thinks they know more than everyone else about how real life works. No, school is not for everyone and a diploma is no more a guarantee of a successful career than a GED. It is just that statistically (and by a very wide margin) people who don't graduate from HS rarely find the success in life that those who have graduated do. It is your life. Live it as you choose. But I would strongly advise you to reconsider, as I am sure many others will. Understand there is no getting back your youth, and many of the decisions you appear set to make are in many ways irreversible.

Trailer parks are full of people without one. and by the way the thought that "Oh I'll just go get my G.E.D." well trailer parks are full of those people too. I did manage to get back in school and now have a career as a diesel mechanic but lots of my high school friends now have jobs in excess of 50 k a year what an IDIOT I was.
