Can You Have Orange Juice Or Soup When You Have Diarrhea

What are some bad things to eat when you have diarrhea?

I have a craving for soup, but soup is salty and salt dehydrates.
I'm drinking miso soup anyway. It has a scrambled egg in it.

My parents told me I can't eat any oily foods until I get better.
So, meat is oily, scrambled eggs are oily, butter is oily, chips are oily, chicken is oily, pretty much everything I feel like eating right now seems like it would be too oily.

I like most fruit...but I don't like bananas. They don't taste bad or anything, but the consistency makes me wanna throw up. Same thing with oatmeal and porridge.

I looked at the BRAT diet, (Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast.)
I don't like to eat rice when there's nothing to go with it, we don't have applesauce, and we only have some really stale bread that should have been thrown away a long time ago.

Some things I'm wondering about...
Are eggs bad for me to eat? I just ate one.
What about canned/cartoned fruit juice, even though it's sugary?
How can I eat cooked meat without it being oily?
Are milk and cheese bad? I thought it gives you more diarrhea.
What did you usually eat when you had diarrhea?

How do you prevent getting diarrhea from spicy foods?

I personally never get a diarrhea from spicy food. But my roommate with whom we always eat lots and lots of spicy food, always suffers a bad visit to the toilet. Especially spicy indian food does not agree with him. What we did to make it easier for him, we started cooking a little more healthy version of it. We use a lot of hanabero, chili and sichuan peppers. But for oil, we use coconut oil and we always make sure we have some fresh vegetables on the side. Recently we also keep a glass of almond milk (one containing vanilla works best). It can smooth out your stomach without adding to the diarrhea because it does not contain lactose. Avoid caffeine on the days you eat spicy food. Make sure you have a healthy diet. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables daily, avoid sugary drinks and drink at least 8 cups of water a day. It will overall help your digestion so the compounds in spicy food will not influence you that much. Also make sure you do not have the irritable bowel syndrome. It can add to your diarrhea.

Is it dangerous to eat shrimp and orange juice?

For a while, a message has been posted on social networking sites and e-mail that eating shrimp with vitamin C causes so-called arsenic poisoning, haemorrhage and sudden death. In fact, there is no scientific evidence to corroborate this rumor and it seems to be a person who sat without a job about 10 years ago browsing the old magazines. He read an article about a study at the University of Illinois in 1985 that eating large doses of vitamin C with high arsenic seafood could Be a kind of poison. This study did not indicate from time to time a bleeding or death of a person who is taking vitamin C with shrimp at the same time, but researchers at the Department of Animal Sciences at the university said that high doses of vitamin C can cause the formation of a form of toxins but over a long range from time. But even this study has not been confirmed by other studies. No one has died of eating shrimp with lemon or orange, which contains high levels of vitamin C, which we often use as we eat seafood.Does shrimp actually cause vitamin C with arsenic poisoning? The other thing is that shrimp and seafood are the most arsenic organic and a small fraction of them inorganic does not exceed 4% of arsenic, according to the People's Daily in a report to respond to this rumor. According to the China National Standard Food Standards Standard, the kilogram of seafood does not contain more than 0.5 mg of inorganic arsenic that can interact with other chemicals. Assuming that all of the inorganic arsenic is converted into seawater, it is necessary to eat about 105 kg of shrimp to reach the toxic dose of arsenic trioxide. This huge amount can not be completed by a person before he becomes dead, where he will die at least with the fullness. The photo is published for the person claiming his death by arsenic poisoningAnother thing is that the picture attached to this letter to a bleeding person is not a person who died as they claimed, but belongs to an Iranian opposition called Nada Agha Sultan, who was shot dead during the protests that followed the Iranian election in 2009, "He said. So far, no deaths have been reported to anyone in the world who has died of vitamin C with shrimp. Indeed, some recent studies have confirmed that vitamin C may appear to be beneficial in reducing the risk of arsenic poisoning.read also Food and health To Life without disease

What's good to eat when you have diarrhea?

I've been having some pretty bad diarrhea since I woke up this morning. Usually in the past, my cases of diarrhea only involve one bathroom session, so a few hours after my first one this morning, I went ahead and ate a normal breakfast: eggs, toast, jam, and orange juice. But then it came back with a vengeance!

I don't know if it's the food I ate this morning, or a bug. But either way, I don't have a loss of appetite. Are there any foods that I can eat without having to worry about effecting it or making it worse? Even better...is there anything I can eat to help make it better!?

I have lots of fruit in the fridge: strawberries, grapes, watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew melon. I have some Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and also just some plain chicken broth. Are any of these things bad to eat with a bug like this?

Helpful diarrhea menu ideas?

I can tell you what not to give them for a day or 2! 3 days on the dairy!
Nothing dairy milk, cheese, eggs ice cream, pudding etc!
No cola's! sugary drinks will only make it worse!
Nothing gassy like fruit or veggies.
Gatorade is perfect and chicken noodle soup or the chicken rice with not much rice.
Oatmeal or cream of wheat or malt-o-meal,
jello,
any type of clear liquids

I just drank expired carrot juice. It was chunky and tasted like sour tomato paste. Will I be ok?

How much did you drink, and did you swallow it or immediately spit it out?If you spat it out- absolutely. You might distrust carrot juice in the future, but physically you’ll be fine.If you did swallow it, it really depends on how much you drank, but…You’re going to start throwing up and/or having diarrhea, and you’ll be pretty miserable until it’s out of your system, but other than that, yes, you’ll probably be fine.Make sure you stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes- Gatorade is good for this. You may feel queasy for the next day or two, but try to eat something. If you see blood in your vomit, consider seeing a doctor as you might have torn your esophagus, or something more serious.

Combinations of food to GET diarrhea?

how about getting an ENEMA?? that would be the quick way to get rid of... stuff...

people are diferent, human organism has breaking points that differ from individual to individual; what might work for one, falls flat for the other...

diarrhea usually is caused by bacterial infections, or food intolerances; some people are unable to digest food components such as artificial sweeteners and lactose—the sugar found in milk.
Unless you have an intolerance to food, the only foods that will give you diarrhea would be those that have gone bad or are undercooked, and have bad bacteria in them....

diarrhea can be induced with over-the-counter drugs (this being your safe bet!)....;
sometimes it is a secondary feature of weight-losing diets...;
OR you can just try it old-fashioned way with PRUNE juice, raisins, sport drinks with magnesium, sanye tea, berries pureed with water, then milk, then green salad with vinnegar dressing, fried bacon, cake, coffee latte....

sometimes it's caused by being nervous, like before an exam.... and if you add coffee to that, some veggies and spiced up food well....
