Can You Help Me Interpret This

Can you help me interpret this poem?

i've been reading this poem and i feel that i am not able to grasp the deeper meanings of the lines.

MORE STRONG THAN TIME

Since I have set my lips to your full cup, my sweet,
Since I my pallid face between your hands have laid,
Since I have known your soul, and all the bloom of it,
And all the perfume rare, now buried in the shade;

Since it was given to me to hear one happy while,
The words wherein your heart spoke all its mysteries,
Since I have seen you weep, and since I have seen you smile,
Your lips upon my lips, and your eyes upon my eyes;

Since I have known above my forehead glance and gleam,
A ray, a single ray, of your star, veiled always,
Since I have felt the fall, upon my lifetime's stream,
Of one rose petal plucked from the roses of your days;

I now am bold to say to the swift changing hours,
Pass, pass upon your way, for I grow never old,
Fleet to the dark abysm with all your fading flowers,
One rose that none may pluck, within my heart I hold.

Thank you!

Can you help me interpret this dream?

I am at some sort of shopping center that sort of surrounds an irregular-shaped pond. I am at a booth looking at an intricate oriental ivory toothpick, that comes in an ornate metal egg-shaped case. When you open the case, the toothpick springs up near the hinges. You could also purchase a small umbrella in which the case could be lodged. I wanted these items for myself, but instead was buying them for my older sister. I asked the gentleman at his desk, who was helping other customers, to hide this behind his desk in case my sister would see it.
Next, after buying the things, the clerk and I walked back along the pond to another room, where my youngest brother was brushing his teeth. We were looking for something. Then, a giant fish - presumably a coy carp but so huge you could drive a car into its mouth - surfaces from the pond. It is scary but has no teeth. So the clerk and I try to schedule something for 2010 when it will resurface again.

Could you help me interpret this simile?

I'm reading the Odyssey in my english class and my teacher assigned us each a part that we have to read aloud to the class. If your part has a homeric simile then you have to explain what it means, but I'm not really sure. I think I have two:

1. "And the suitors mad with fear at her great sign stampeded like stung cattle by a river when the dread shimmering gadfly strikes in summer."
I think that means that the suitors ran with fear like cattle running away from a pest [gadfly means like and annoying pest].

2. "After them the attackers wheeled, as terrible as falcons from eyries in the mountains veering over and diving down with talons wide unsheathed on flights of birds, who cower down the sky in chutes and bursts along the valley......"

Thanks!
I'll award 10 points

Can you help interpret my dream?

My dream started with an large abandoned house. I looked inside ahead of time and there was an extended family of alligators roaming around. There was a group of us exploring it. Most of them seemed to be drunk with excitement and going in without caution. I, however knew what would be in there. All agitated by light and noises. At first, we didnt see any in the main room like we though. There were many pools where they should have been, but none. Everyone was playing around, I was being cautious of my dog and he looked nervous. The next second he takes off and we go look for him. Down the steps we go, its darker and you could hear drips echoing, for the cave like feel, it was to quite and I could see something in the doorway, I thought I was an alligator snout and I saw it was my dog laying down hurt, I snatched him up and ran out of the house.When we came back, there were just a few of us. And the neighbor saw us trying to enter the building, but the woman invited us to her house. And she had many children, and about a 4 foot alligator right in the middle, acting like a guard dog. We couldn't get near any of them without the alligator lunging at us. And that's about all I really remember. But everything was so vivid and sharp, I need to know what it means or if it means anything

Can you help me interpret Ozymandias?

This poem is about the power of the natural world. Time and nature are more powerful than humans, and eventually all that is built by human hand passes away into the sands of time. That is what all the desolate images, along with the setting of desert are about. There is an irony that the monument, made of stone, and a natural substance, is all that is left of the great civilation that carved it. The stone is lifeless. The civilization is now lifeless. All that is left of this great ruler is the monument he himself had created to his own greatness. His head is broken off; the ruler is no longer powerful. The head, a symbolic representation of kingship, is broken off. This brings the ruler down physically, and lowers his "societal" stature. It is the forces of nature that "broke" the monument, Shelley is showing the power nature has to break man over time, representative of death. This poem is a comment on human civilizations, and how they pass away, are consumed by time and nature. Even stone monuments shall pass away. Shelley is also saying humans are small and powerless, and what they hold dear is momentary before the natural attributes of time and nature, again representing human death.

Can you help me interpret a crazy dream?

Hi you message me with the information, I will try my best to interpret that wild dream.

Can you help me interpret this dream? Today I had the same dream that I did a couple of days ago. It was also a sequel to the dream. I got in a space ship and went to the moon, to work there if I’m not misteaken. There’s more to the dream than this.

I am more inclined to think dreams such as yours are prophetic. It’s not about something that you have done but something you may do. The reason I am writing you back is not because I interpret dreams often, though I am a certified hypnotherapist. And dreams can be explored in the hypnotic state.All of that aside, if you do searches, especially on YouTube you will find many surprising facts that have been revealed by those that have first hand knowledge. I am referring to something usually referred to as the SSP or Secret Space Program. Ever hear of the trillions the military says they spent but cannot find or track down? Well, that money went into the SSP and they surely know that.Thus, you will find many testimonies of ths SSP installations on the moon and Mars. Sorry, if this sounds Sci Fi. Its up to you to decide. Eventually the truth will be revealed to everyone on TV and then everyone will be believe it. That said, you already have a head start and may have even traveled there in your dream.It’s real and probably just a memory from a higher state of consciousness you used/visited in your sleep. Assume you’ll be amazed. Then follow the trail where it leads you. Enjoy it.

I had a dream that scared me, can you help me interpret it?

A house, a trail, a tall building, and a dead person.The house is your fear. You are trying to turn your back on something that you are afraid of. You are afraid to go inside. This house could be your heart, mind or a past event (buried memories).The trail is the easy path that you are comfortable with. You have been wandering on this easy path all your life. You find it familiar and you are mostly unaware of anything else.The tall building is the surprise that you await on your trail. You look for a serendipity. You walk and go by the motion, day after day in hopes of a tall building (big breakthrough) to happen to you. This is your dreamer mind. This is your hope.The dead person falling symbolizes the falling into the reservoir. The details that you saw was your suppressed memory (curiosity) regarding the incident. The boy died and you knew how but that was it. Your mind wanted to know more about the boy, his death, death in particular and all the complex emotions associated with it but you could not. After some time you forgot about it and continued to your trail. This visitation was your subconscious mind telling you parts of what you once wanted to know.This is a very rich and meaningful dream. It is full of symbols. There is a lot of movement and action in it. You have a very active mind. You should devote your life to a great purpose or cause. And yes, do not be afraid. You are stronger than you think.Hope this helps!Related:Is there a way in which I can prevent myself from crying?
