Can You Legally Form A Group And Attack Countries That Are The Enemies Or Neutral To The United

Should the United States go to declare war with ISIS?

No it shouldn't declare war.The US is already in permanent war, so there's no need for a declaration. The millions of dead men women and children should be enough of a declaration. In the end, it's just two terrorist states, the US and ISIS, who are destroying the world and the lives of untold millions of innocent people. Whenever the US attacks, it's like taking a sledgehammer to a problem. You destroy the problem initially, but only by scattering it into a million smaller pieces. Now, instead of it being in a small place, it's spread out over a large area. Good examples of this are Iraq and Afghanistan. More war is not the solution. Becoming less free, is not the solution. But the US is not interested in a real solution, as this would mean giving up power. They would have to stop their illegal attacks on other countries and halt their global assassination campaign - also known as the drone campaign. Yes, it's assassination when you can just bomb whoever you like, without any court order, legal proceeding or anything. In the end, perhaps it's really because, if it wasn't for war, the US wouldn't be worth much as a country. It couldn't offer the world much. Their response to everything, is to declare war on it. That's why there's a war on drugs, a war on terror, a war on crime and so forth. What needs to happen, is ordinary americans declare war on their own state and start a revolution - particularly now, as Trump is in power. Then, perhaps, all the gun-advocates would be vindicated, when they say they own guns to prevent government "tyranny".ISIS was created by war. To try to solve it by the same means is just dumb.

Is the United Nations against Israel? If so, why?

The short answer: YES!I would gather that if we looked close enough, we would find that every nation member of the UN is deserving of a condemnation. However, Israel tends to receive them in such extreme disproportionality that one has to suspect that the UN is governed by anti-semitism as much as anything else. The history of Israel’s 67 years as a member of the United Nations is remarkable in how this one nation - this little country no more larger than the state of New Jersey that is the only true democracy in a volatile region - has been the recipient of so many condemnations and resolutions. In 2012, there were 22 General Assembly resolutions specifically against Israel; there were only 4 for the rest of the world combined. Moreover, Israel is the only member of the UN to be denied a chance to serve as a rotating member of the security council.Israel is also the largest violator of UN resolutions. When I hear this, I often think of the attorney Harvey Silvergate. Silvergate’s analysis of the burdensome state of over-regulation and legislation led him to conclude that the average American breaks about 3 laws per day without even knowing it. Given that the UN imposes so many resolutions upon Israel, it would appear that Israel is intentionally the target of bias.Just this year, the UN Commission on the Status of Women wrapped up its annual meeting in New York by condemning only one country for violating women’s rights anywhere on the planet – Israel, for violating the rights of Palestinian women. (Gold Meir was serving as the elected Prime Minister of Israel when Hillary Clinton was graduating from college.)On the same day, the UN Human Rights Council concluded its month-long session in Geneva by condemning Israel five times more than any other of the 192 UN member states. The middle-east is a complex issue and no one is completely innocent of wrong doing, but any argument that the UN has not shown bias against Israel is in and of itself a biased argument.
