Can you suggest me a good novel that keeps me entertained till the very end?

A novel that keeps you entertained till the very end has a lot to do with your taste of books, but suggesting some, one novel that I have read time and again and has always entertained me is Robinson Crusoe. This masterpiece by Daniel Defoe has a lot of twists and turns and just does not allow you to leave it till the end comes, and makes for a very fascinating reading experience, which can only be surpassed by the amazing feeling of satisfaction that the thrill provided by this novel.Another favorite of mine is the novel by Jane Austen , Pride and Prejudice. Set in the Georgian Era, this book is all about family, decisions, prejudices, and love versus class and reputation. This novel, though a bit lengthy, is one gem of a story which moves at a sweet pace which helps you sink in the values that it wants to transcend upon you. It is worth a read, and has always entertained me when I need a break from a hectic schedule.Last but not the least comes the Sherlock series. If nothing works, go for this. It is thrilling, engaging, entertaining, thoughtful, and absolutely mind blowing series of some great stories. The way Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has developed the character and the cases is just amazing. Reading the Sherlock books is an experience, a fulfilling one and this will be the set of stories that will definitely entertain you not only till the end but even after you finish them, in your thoughts about how in the world can someone imagine such minute details. So do try this one.Thank you!

Why do books make running away seem... fun?

Not 'fun' per-say, but you get the idea.
Like I just got done reading a book called "Unwind."
Its about a bunch of kids running away because they their going to be 'unwound' (taken apart for their organs because of the lack of organ donors) and they eventually meet up with other 'unwinds' like them. And they make friends and relationships and all that stuff. Everything turns out ok just because they ran away.
Also, another book I read called "Downriver" is about running away.
These kids take control of a van and drive far away and live in the wild and everything.
It just seems like its so easy.
I know they are just books but every book has some moral behind it.

The Hunger Games: Movie VS Book?

-BOOK!!!
-Katniss... A bit bold for me to say this but I feel we have the same personality. I also think Peeta with the whole "If I die I want to die as me" & "I want to show them I'm not just a piece to their game" (not exact words but you get my point)
-Literally sat here for minutes thinking of this but I liked it all, overall, I guess.
-idk why but I was really thrilled to see Peeta&Katniss to kiss in the cave :3
-I completely agree with you on this. Also, her&Gale's relationship wasn't portrayed correctly. Her father, his death, &the after affect of his death also wasn't portrayed right. A lot of detail was left out :( I get why but it made me a bit upset :l lol

Why is reading books SO MUCH FUN?!?

It's fun for me because I visualize what I am reading.

Novels: Can anyone suggest to me any novel?

Start with Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie... Then you will realize if you want to be lost in NOVELS.Then go with other brilliant novels.Lolita and Pale Fire by NabokovA Tale of Two Cities by Charles DickensThe Catcher in the Rye by JD SallingerJane Eyre by Charlotte BronteAnna Karenina by Leo TolstoyA Suitable Boy by Vikram SethKane and Abel by Jeffrey ArcherThe Luminaries by Eleanor CattonThere are many more great novels, for a start go with the above ones...I won't tell you the description, it will ruin the journey... So, enjoy reading.

I loved the Robert Langdon series. Which book would you recommend me to read next?

Since you mention that you loved the Langdon series, I think it wouldn't be wrong on my part to assume that you have definitely loved the mystery along with a dash of science/ history that Dan Brown infused in there. Drawing along those lines, though a lot more pulsating and thrilling, would be the Millennium Series by the famed Swedish investigative journalist, Stieg Larsson. The trilogy will definitely not disappoint, if anything, it'll leave you flabbergasted to say the least. Another series that you might find interesting could be Mario Puzo's Godfather series which deals with mafioso crimes intersecting between NYC and Italy. I maintain till this date (and probably continue to do so till time immemorial :P ) that no novel/author can come close to providing the inner circle views of a patriarchal mafia gang as this one. P.S -Avoid watching the movies before you read.P.P.S - If you've seen the movies, you still ought to read those.

I like mysterious and suspense books, what books do you recommend me to read?

Any of the early work of Stephen King, which is mainly horror. But there is plenty of mystery and suspense in his novels. I recommend “Carrie” and “Salem’s Lot” the most for suspense and mystery. Also, the entire Ellery Queen series of murder mysteries is very good, by Frederic Dannay and Manfred B. Lee. Read it from the beginning to the end, the books come in a series. They feature a young detective who lives with his police detective father. Ellery solves mysteries like no other. I also recommend Agatha Christie for murder mysteries. She’s sort of the original “cozy” female author, and her books about Miss Jane Marple and Inspector Hercule Poirot have no peer, they are so regal and elegant. Again, try to start at the beginning and work your way into her later books. One of them ends with Poirot’s death. When it comes to YA (young adult) books, I recommend R. L. Stine and his books where you can choose the storyline as you proceed. They are wicked fun and quite scary!
