Can You Trust Artinnyc.com

How can I make her trust me again?

It's very difficult to get back broken trust but still it's possible. These are few waysDon't do any show off to please her as it will only worsen the impression.Be honest and truthful. It will take time but it's the best healer which work on broken relationship.Just be yourself.Don't regret for your act but take the lesson from it and forget it.Whenever you find right time , place and mood you you can apologise once. Not more than that.Wait for right time . It heals the things automatically. When you lied her she must have felt bad .That feelings remained in her eventhough she forgave you for some reason which was not in actual. Forgiveness is not possible by keeping any impression of painful feelings within. What changes you are experiencing is because that feeling is emerging out in the form of such behaviour. You should accept it without creating any more painful feeling from your side to stop the exchange of it from both the sides again and again. You need to accept it in happy manner consideringit the outcome of your lie. As happiness and taking self responsibility of it will help you to check to produce such painful feeling which means this chain will break very soon.

What is the best street food in NYC?

Just want to add that this site has a comprehensive list of food trucks in the midtown (both east and west) area:http://midtownlunch.com/lunch-by...
Scroll down a bit to find a list of "carts" by type and location.
In recent years, they've had annual competitions to determine the best street meat in midtown:
http://midtownlunch.com/2009/07/...
Having tried most of those, I'd put (in no particular order) XPL (all locations are pretty consistent), Kwik Meal, and Steak Truck above Famous Halal Guys (the one on 53rd and 6th that always has a long line of drunk and bleary eyed people coming from parties/clubs/office in the wee morning hours, by far the most celebrated and well known chicken and rice truck).
Jianetto's pizza (mentioned in the link in Jason's answer) is good, as in much better than the 99 cent pizza places but imo not better than what you could get in most sit down places. The waffle truck that's occasionally in Murray Hill and other spots is pretty freaking good too.  I'm not sure if it's the same one that Jason mentions.

Can you trust Amazon sellers?

You could always trust Amazon’s rules.Amazon is the best market place in the fair play. I have been the Amazon’s seller in the past few years. I always follow Amazon’s rule and keep an eye for the performance of the seller’s rating. In case I could not pass the standard I would be kicked out of the “playground” no matter how much stock and money I have invested.Trust Amazon and give more trust for the sellers. If you are not happy with the seller, send an email and you can file A to Z claim if you don’t get answers or not happy with the seller.

Are there any better options for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, other than raising their entrance fee to $25 for out of state visitors?

Almost anything is better than an enforced entry fee for non New Yorkers. This is America’s premier museum in its largest tourist city. It should be positioning itself as proof of America’s support of the arts, not a symbol of our ability to balance budgets. $20 suggested donation, but pay what you want, seems pretty reasonable for a first world leader.A few alternatives:Cut compensation to top staff. Head of Met basically gets a free super-luxury apartment, unlimited expense account, decent salary, insane pension benefits (and, yes, I’ve read the pension document and it’s disgusting.) Everyone else gets sub-market comp. No wonder you find it hard to run a museum. Pay for a competent staff. The board should be actual patrons of the arts. This is not a social club. $100 million a year each would be a good start. That’s what patron means. If you don’t care that much, you can still buy a VIP ticket to the Met Gala.Deaccession half the items you have rotting in warehouses that you are never going to restore or display. This is a waste of art and money. Sure, you can’t sell some of it because the items came as part of a package with one item you really wanted, but loan them out to museums in the rest of the USA. You have literally hundreds of tons of art dying due to water damage and rats that you are paying to never show to anybody.

During what year did you last see a pay phone still in operation?

Pay phone is still working in many countries. Usually now its used by visitors in airports. As cost of roaming and signals are way too much high.Lastly I had seen pay phone in Kuwait, UAE and India. This pay phones are life savers as our generation is full of suspicious people. They don't understand the emergency or urgency need to communicate with someone while travelling. So they don't share their phones with strangers. Many a times our smartphones battery is dead, or our smartphones broken, lost. We need to communicate back home, to our office, to our Bf/Gf as they suspect us unrealistic unreliable. In Nov 2018, One of my friend she has branded Apple iPhone. Her iPhone has battery issue. Her bf has trust issue. It's like she is sitting with us, or travelling in lifts or cooking or in the washroom he calls on WhatsApps or send msg on WhatsApp if she doesn't reply immediately. Than huge fights and abuses. Yes we all know she is in abusive relationship.I have given her my spare Sony Xperia phone with charger and Sim card to avoid fighting daily. Meanwhile she can charge her iPhone to the full capacity and use my phone as alternative number to communicate with her bf. At that time she was searching for job, short of cash, living with us, eating with us and tolerating her suspecting asshole bf.She has a job her company has given her a phone. After following up for more than 2 months I got back my phone and loan half amount.

What is the Mona Lisa worth?

If the Mona Lisa were sold, it would dwarf the price of any work of art before it - because it's the most famous painting in the world, or very close to that. The world's record for the highest price of a work of art is close to $300 million. (We don't know the exact numbers, because these are private sales.)The numbers estmating Mona Lisa’s current value at $782 million based on a $100 million assessment in 1962 probably underestimate its value. That number, as much as it is, is based on inflation statistics - and the price of fine art has outpaced inflation. I wouldn't be surprised by an assessment of a billion dollars.I'd say that the Mona Lisa is priceless. That's not rhetorical - it's literal. That is, it's probably impossible to determine the value of the Mona Lisa. And that's actually true for most of the best-known works of art in the world. Because this art is in public museums, and generally the most valuable art in their collections, there's little way (beyond theft)* that they would sold, or deaccessioned. This means that the art market is defined at its highest end by what is unobtainable.* It's worth remembering that the Mona Lisa was stolen and recovered in 1911, thus leading to its fame.[1]Footnotes[1] The Theft That Made The 'Mona Lisa' A Masterpiece

Is it safe and reliable to buy electronics off amazon.com?

Amazon is no more or less safe as a source of electronics than any other online or brick & mortar retailer. Safety is about choosing the right products. Here are some tips:Issues with safety (and reliability) arise when manufacturers fail to maintain quality standards in production or use/substitute substandard materials.Let a safety and quality control organization do the testing for you. Look for products that have a “approved by” seal from an organization you recognize. In the United States, look for UL or ETL. In Canada, look for UL or CSA.(Do products made overseas need to go through an American test process to be safe? No. And these certifications are slow and cost thousands. So you may see products sold with European or Asian seals. If in doubt, Google to see what the mark means.)Generally the more well-known brands have these marks. And they cost more. Is it worth the expense? For items that are plugged into outlets or in use 24/7, such as a power strip, I recommend going with a known brand that has made millions of them. Their experience gives you safety that you can buy. When shopping on Amazon, Walmart, Sears, or Ebay, don't buy from a seller or brand that has one electronics item and, say, 99 kinds of socks. You're looking for expertise and a price point that isn't unreasonably cheap or outrageously expensive. When you receive an electronics item, examine it carefully.Look for any loose cords, connections, or wires.Plugs should fit into outlets without force but snugly. If there is any printing on the item, it should be clear and distinct. If there are signs of rushed manufacturing like these, return the item. The print of the brand name might not matter, but if the factory rushed that, what else did they rush? For all new electronics items, make sure to check the cord and outlet or battery cover or USB connection to ensure it's not overheating. Check periodically.Happy shopping!NB:If you didn't listen and bought a cheap-o power bar :) unscrew the back and make sure the wires are soldered before you plug in.*May have learned my lesson with a $5.99 power bar that claimed to be a surge protector.
