Zumba fitness or an elliptical bike?

Both are good choices for assisting with losing bodyfat but if I would say that the zumba will achieve this more effectively but why not utilize a combination of the two??? My husband is a personal trainer and would suggest the same thing. you have to play Zumba Party

There is 2 classes each for Beginner and Intermediate 20 minute then 45 min and so on till you get to expert then finally Zumbathon

the more u play different classes in Party the more you unlock in the Zumba Class section
