Chemistry Help Someone

Chemistry help :( please someone help?

At higher altitudes, there is less atmosphere above you. The atmosphere protects us from radiation from the sun. Less atmosphere means less protection means more exposure to cosmic radiation.

Interestingly, submariners working on nuclear submarines get less radiation exposure than the average person because the exposure is carefully controlled and monitored, and they don't see the sunlight for months at a time.

Chemistry help someone plz..?

Love U,

Remember these two facts before beginning: the moles of acid must equal the moles of base:

Moles acid = moles base
Moles of acid = molarity base * volume base = 0.102 moles/L * 0.0288 L = 0.00294 moles

Since you know the molar mass to be 60.05 g/mole, the grams of actual acetic acid in the vinegar is:

Mass of acetic acid = 0.00294 moles*(60.05 g/mole) = 0.176 grams

As you see, the mass of the original vinegar sample is not relevant in this problem! Hope that helped!

Could someone into chemistry/physics help?

First of all, we need to know what causes steam visible?The layer of air right above the hot liquid (making steam) may be as much as 20% water! But this layer is lifted by natural convection into the cooler air above it. Now the air cannot hold as much water, and so some returns to the liquid form. Tiny drops condense out, making the visible steam.The plume of steam above the hot liquid is actually a cloud of tiny drops of water. The evaporation of water is an important mechanism for cooling the liquid; the re-condensation of the water delivers the energy to the surrounding air.Apparently the air in the room is not as humid as it could be, and so as the steam cloud mixes into the air, the little drops evaporate again. The steam disappears.Reference - Physics Tutor / Chemistry Tutor

Okay, you use the fact that STP one mole of any gas occupies the same volume, the molar volume constant is 24dm3/mol.
Mr(c2h2)=2*12+2=26 g/mol
so 9.45g is 9.45 /26 mol or 0.363 mol ( 3sf)
and so 24 * 0.363 dm3 or 8.71dm3.

So 8.71 dm3.

I need some with this chemistry problem can someone help me. SHow details on how you got your answer please?

Eq. S8+o2=so2
Balanced eq. s8 + 8o2 = 8 so2

G=given UK=unknown (g)= grams (mols)= moles
G(g) X 1 mol X UK(mol) X UK(g)= UK(g)
...........Over.....Over.........over
...........G(g)......G(mol).......1 mol
from: (periodic table) (equation) (periodic table)

31.5g S8 X (1mol)/(32.06X8)=
31.5g s8 x 256.48= 8079.12 mol S8

8079.12 mol S8 X 8 mol so2(Bal. Eq)
over
1 mol s8 (Bal eq)
8079.12x8= 64632.96 mol s8
64632.96mol so2x.... 63.86g so2
over
1 mol
s= 1 x 32.06
o= 2 x 15.99
==63.86

Answer:64632.96 X 63.86
= 4127460.826 g so2

GOOD LUCK! Its a lot harder to type then I thought!

Where can I find someone to help me with the topics for a chemistry project for the Class 12 CBSE?

You can choose alloys as it is one of the easiest topics. I chose this topic and trust me there's nothing much to sk from this topic.

Can someone help me with a few chemistry questions?

First you must define your problem! a wick in a candle is usually a cotton or other burnable string general formula C6H10O5. It is an organic compound burning it forms CO2 and H2O thru a series of steps. Such a wick in a candle when ignited burns, melts the wax, and wicks the melted wax to the burning flame where the wax is vaporized and burned, again to CO2 and H2O. Since the burning is at a relatively low temperature it is incomplete and many intermediate compounds [soot, CO] are formed.The wick in a kerosene lantern such as a Colman lantern is made of a ceramic fiber; it does not burn but serves to bring the liquid fuel to the burning flame that must be ignited by a match or other external flame
