Should I live in Pakistan?
I am a Pakistani and a Muslim so I want to answer your question. No one can give you a better advice than me. First of all, I hope you know that a non-Muslim cannot marry a Muslim in Islam. Even if you do get married your marriage will be considered null and void and you will be considered a adulterer especially in Pakistan since everyone is aware of the law and no one will like you. Your children will be considered bastards and they will have a VERY tough time at schools. People in Pakistan are extremely racists and even Muslims fight among themselves due to caste, religious sect and mother language. Killing a person is no big deal because men here consider it bravery and the law is so weak and corrupt that no one is afraid that he will ever get caught. Foreign women especially White Women are considered sluts because of the western media and movies showing them having sex and wearing bikinis in every other scene. So everyone sleazy man will think that you are always ready to have sex with anyone and try to have you for themselves. Poverty, unemployment, energy crisis, inflation and crime is rampant here. I am an MBA Finance with 18 years of education from a reputable university even then I am unemployed. It is really hot and dirty here with trash and dung lying everywhere. People are extremely indecent, misbehaving, violent and hurting. There some good people but ONLY SOME. I also used to live in a foreign country and I really miss those times. The only saving grace of Pakistan is that it's your own country and that there is no discrimination based on religion and nationality. Even if you do convert to Islam, several of the above problems will still remain. So my my advice to you is that study Islam deeply from Islamic sources, if you like it and I pray that you like it, then revert (not convert) to Islam. After that get married and live in Canada. Do not come to Pakistan you will regret it. I hope you find my personal insight useful.
Who is to blame for making Pakistan the world leader in this crime?
People of Pakistan as a whole are to blame for the worst condition of Pakistan today. Most city people (except the farmers in rural area) are selfish, none of them want to pay taxes, they all want to become overnight millinairs by short cuts, cheating, dishonesty, robbing others, frauds in real estate and banking and stock market dealings and specially electing the wrong bad leaders. As some one said people get the leaders they deserve. We always had the worst politicians elected as leaders of Pakistan by all possible illegal means. I did not feel sorry when BeNazeer was murdered nor when airplane of Ziaul Haq was blown up. I think Musharraf was the best leader for Pakistan considering the circumstances of Pakistan after incident of 9/11. Only solution of Pakistan is a very very brutal but sincere dictator who loves Pakistan and doesn't care to get rich himself. Pakistani city people are worst people on this planet. This is what they deserve and I wish Allah gives them another dictator like Joseph Stalin of Russia who can have killed mercilessly without any trials by firing squads to all: criminals,corrupt politicians, business men who refuse to pay fair taxes on their income, people who steel electricity and all WAPDA meter readers who let them steel electricity knowingly by taking bribe from them, all income tax officers, all known corrupt Police officers, fraudulent real estate dealers, WAPDA engineers who get 30% commission on every contract they award to contractors and pass the roads that do not last even one Monsoon rain. It is wrong to blame any one group of people in Pakistan. The entire city people of Pakistan with some authority are like an stagnant pool of filth that have made the entire country sick of dieseases, corruption and human exploitation. There women are raped and then put in prisons where as their rapists sons of politicians and rich people walk around free committing the same crimes every day by bribing the police and judges. I know what I am saying is not Islamic nor allowed by any law of any country. But this is the only solution they deserve and this action only will straighten the corrupt people of this country.
What is the punishment in Pakistani law if I have done second marriage in Pakistan?

You are a hypocrite!You say that you whatever you are doing you are doing it for Islam, to convert a Christian. You're a big liar because by what you're saying it seems to me you just want to have a second white wife for your own pleasure! So you'd better admit that to yourself and do not try to make things look better by persuading yourself that you're doing this for your religion! You are also very selfish and you don't actually love this woman nor your wife because if you truly loved one you would only want to be with her. People do not understand the love that cousins can have for each other until it happens to them. I would know because i used to be like that but love is just uncontrollable I have tried meeting other people but I just never feel the same around them as i do with my cousin That is completely fine we are JUST PEOPLE. you shouldn't care what others think if it makes you happy The structure of family was created by people it is not something we are born with the thought of. You are only related to her by about 13% you have a slight increase in birth defects of about 2% which doesn't mean that if your child has a defect it is something major because if could be something small If cousin marriage is not allowed then they should also ban having kids when over 40 because the risks are the same or less If you love her then go for it.
