First off make certain days that you'll do clan wars not just random times. For example: every Monday and Friday you'll start war at 9:00. This way every one knows when its gonna happen and they can prepare. put it in your clan description. Second put in your description that your clan participates in wars often and that they will be kicked if they don't participate. This way it will clear anybody who don't wanna be in wars.
How can I get more members in my clan in Clash Royale?
