hi i found this out for u xx
American comic book line published by Marvel Publishing, Inc., a division of Marvel Entertainment, Inc.

Sometimes referred to as "The House of Ideas", Marvel counts among its characters such well-known properties as Spider-Man, the X-Men and their member Wolverine, the Fantastic Four, the Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Daredevil and many others. Most of Marvel's fictional characters are depicted as inhabiting a single shared world; this continuity is known as the Marvel Universe.
The comic book arm of the company was founded in 1939 as Timely Publications[1] and was generally known as Atlas Comics in the 1950s. Marvel's modern incarnation dates from the early 1960s, with the launching of Fantastic Four and other superhero titles created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, etc. Marvel has since become one of the largest American comics companies, along with DC Comics.!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good name for comic?

Characters: Chris, Dreagon, Kenneth, Jerbear, Daniella (the last 3 names are jokes for people me or my friend (Idea Producer) hate, which will be made fun of in any way possible.

Setting: School, Eachothers houses, etc...

Chris and Dreagon are normal teenagers with normal lives, with Kenneth as a retarded character in the series. Jerbear and Daniella are just people we know who we just transformed as a carebear and a princess (told you we would make fun of them in any way possible...)

The series is basically about jokes me and the Idea Producer know, but into a comic. Its also something to do when we are bored.
They will most likely be 3-5 Panels each comic. With barely much plot put into it at all...

What else do you need to know? I can answer anything if needed...

How do I make the business model for a comic book company?

There is an excellent book on the subject: "Business Model Generation" by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. It's easy to understand and will give you most important points to think about.Essentially, a business model starts with your value proposition, or what kind of value you're offering to a target audience. Then you figure out the costs to produce, distribute, sell, and promote that value. Along with that, you think about how you're going to make money. Your revenues should exceed your expenses in the long-term.The "model" is basically how you plan to do business. What channels will you be using (or developing) to maximize profits for your company? Right now, many comics publishers use the business model involving Diamond Distribution. Many independent creators use Kickstarter or Patreon, and start the ball rolling by putting their comics up on the Web for free reading.  Image Comics' business model involves getting original material from outside sources, as opposed to the in-house editorial model of Marvel and DC.All the best!

What should I name my comic book?

It would be difficult for a random person to give a name to a comic book they really know nothing about. My advice to you would be, don't worry about the title, just write the story, the title will come to you in time. Or you can just go with what a lot of comics do and name it after the main protagonist of the story, or where it takes place.

Which of these names sounds good for a comic book character?

Silly as it might sound, there are a lot of superhero and supervillain name generators online, and they're bound to come up with something good once in a while.  Try hitting random until something pops up that really hits you as being right. And remember, some of the most beloved and famous comic characters have names that no-one today would choose, becuase if you just look at the name without associating it with the character it represents, it sounds silly or corny. Superman? Batman?  Powergirl? Also, some less well-known (but still legit entries) such as The Whizzer, or The Purple Man.In the end, what you do with the character will matter more than their name.  "John Constantine" was just a name until "Hellblazer" came out, but I would say that it's the "Constantine" that is the better known of the two--people who hear the name "Constantine" will think of John Constantine, while people who hear "Hellblazer" may not.  So maybe consider giving your character a regular name, as most people have, and waiting until he develops more to select a "comic character name."

How do I make the business plan for a comic book company?

Depends on what your intention is.If you intend to secure a small business loan for it I’d advise against borrowing to publish comics. If you’re building a comic distribution company then that’s entirely different (and what the industry really needs IS an innovative new distributor). But to borrow isn’t such an insane idea IF you have a confirmation from Diamond distributor that they’ll carry your book (which you probably don’t and they probably won’t grant because you’re not one of the big 5 publishers). If you’re writing it for your own personal motivation or something then write whatever you want. The essential thing you need to clarify is WHY you’re making comics. Are you trying to secure a profit? (which is very difficult btw) Are you trying to build a following so you can get noticed by bigger publishers? (Which would be dumb because if you do build a big following why would you go to a publisher, you already have your own loyal readership and a publisher would have very little to offer at that point)Or are you just trying to make a good story and share it?As for a comic company the biggest hurdles to clarify in a business plan would be:Content. How are you going to get high quality content to print on time like clockwork?Overhead. How are you going to maximize efficiency and cost efficiency for creating content, printing, distributing, marketing, promoting?Distribution. How are you going to get the thing you made to the people who want it?Marketing. How are you going to get people to want the thing?Promotion. How are you going to get people to know about your thing?Comic book publishing is monster that’s always hungry and always needs to be fed. It will consume you if you’re not ready to dive into the belly of the beast, and sometimes it chews you up and poops you out. It’s way easier to just run a kickstarter for your comic because it covers all the steps required from a central point and is less likely to consume you.My $.02Good luck! (I mean that!)
