What makes a complete sentence?

Complete sentences, eh?Well the others are correct in saying you need a subject and a verb, but there's another requirement. If you want a grammatically correct English sentence, the sentence must express a complete and self-contained thought.Check this out:Wombats are awesome.That sentence has a subject (wombats) and a verb (are) along with a complement (awesome), and it's a complete thought. Now watch this:Because wombats are awesomeUh oh. Notice anything wrong with this? It has a subject and a verb, but it leaves you hanging. You need more to finish the thought. This is not a complete sentence, even though it has all the necessary parts.This is when the word clause comes into play. A clause has a subject and a verb, but it doesn’t necessarily have a complete thought. Independent clauses have a subject, a verb, and can stand alone because they express a complete thought. Dependent clauses have a subject and a verb, but they cannot stand alone because they don’t express a complete thought (like my example above, most often because they have a subordinating conjunction or a relative pronoun, but that’s a more in-depth grammar lesson). I wish I could …….You can fill anything in that blank.How much amazing it is that we can wish for anything , I mean anything. I guess it's a blessing for all of us. Wishing something makes us realise, what we desire in our life. And when we realise what we desire, we think about persuing it but not all of our desires fit in this world & hence they becomes an unfulfilled desires that stay with us throughout life as dreams.I want to fill that blank with my desire and here it is…I wish I could make understand each & every person that being alive means healing. When I say healing it means remodeling.
