Accidentally kicked my computer tower while it was running?

I was briskly walking towards it and the very heavy boot with a steel toe I was wearing hit it in the lower portion of the front of the case. I thought computer parts, especially when surrounded by an all steel case could take a beating, but the computer immediately froze (the screen saver was on) and a weird noise kept repeating out of the speakers. So far, it seems fine. It rebooted no problem and I'm able to post this question so it seems to work as normal. But I still want to know if there might be damage, either now or in the future. The two parts I'm most concerned about is the SSD, for obvious reasons, and the sound card, because of the weird sounds and the fact that it has an I/O front panel, which, compared to other parts, is close to where my foot hit.

Why am I getting so many Malware detections? (plus other computer related questions)?

First, advanced system care is a scam. It always falsely reports errors and infections. Also you obviously are not a clever as you think, you are running multiple anti-malware. . These conflict and often reduce security by up to 60 %. Dump adblock it is useless. WOT is also junk. Using IE is no different to any other browser now. Many of my customers use it with NO problems. Do NOT use third party firewalls, none is as good as the standard Windows firewall. Uninstall Advanced, and WOT. Disable the Avast firewall and make sure the Windows one starts up. Then download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org. Run the full scan.Since it is only a scanner it does not interfere with your active anti-spyeware/virus so keep it against the times careless browsing does tell your active protection to leave something alone. And why are you using a trial of ANy anti-virus? Just use a free version. They work just as well and do NOT generally push their own firewalls and a load of other junk the paid versions do. ALL browsers now include most of the security these paid versions want to install. After you finish this download the free ccleaner.exe from http://piriform.com. Run reoeated registry scans and repairs until there are no more errors found. This is the only truly safe registry tool as it makes no wild guesses to what your best registry settings should be.
