Connection Error Unable To Connect To Most Websites

Having problem connecting to Chinese websites. Why?

Just since last week, i had trouble connecting or loading most china website, except www.163.com and www.baidu.com Why is that, sometime I can connect fine, when i come back from work or lunch what ever the websites stopped loading for 1 day or so, if i was lucky might be able to connect again. It's driving me crazy, i live in australia and using the telstra bigpond, I have no trouble going on all english websites US ones, australian, etc. I think it's something to do with the chinese main internet service, i don't know.

All websites in all browsers in all networks can not connect because "the certificate is not trusted"? (DO_NOT_TRUST Fiddler Root)?

My date and time are correct are my computer, and I have identified this weird certificate as being the root of my troubles (DO_NOT_TRUST FiddlerRoot). This is an old, used computer and this program is no longer installed. I have gone into the Certificate Manager and deleted it multiple times and it keeps coming back. I will forget my network, delete all the certificates and certificate authors that have anything to do with this root, shut my computer down for a couple minutes and turn it back on only to check the certificates before I turn my network back on to see it is still there! I have done this three times and have made sure that I am saving and everything, however, whenever I try to test it by resetting chrome's browser settings and turning my network back on, I am STILL unable to access any websites, getting the same "your connection is not private" error. Please help!

Why can't I connect to port 23 (telnet)?

For port 23 to work, what application is listening on that port??? Do you have a Linux server that will respond to telnet? Windows, by default, will not....

Your public port is:
http://www.whatismyip.com/tools/ip-whois...
and in the router, that public port is irrelevant, all you need to do is port forward the ports to your PC running those services (like Vent). Your PC should be at a static LAN IP address, not using DHCP, nor should it's address be in the DHCP pool range, else you may get conflicts.

It's not rocket science. Incoming requests from the internet go to your router, the router sees what port is being requested, then forwards that packet to the PC's IP address defined in the port forwarding section of the router configuration. The application listening on that PC, for that port, gets the packet. That's all there is to it, nothing else....
