Constant Pain In One Testicle

I have a dull constant pain in my left testicle radiating up to my abdomen. What could that be?

Did you get hit there or in some way cause some trauma?
Most guys know the feeling of what that pain feels like and usually it's only temporary. But, if yours is not getting any better then of course, the best thing is for a doctor to check it...
there is such a thing as Testicular Cancer (not trying to scare you) and the sooner it's looked at, the better (just ask Lance Armstrong).
And, let's not rule out "Blue Balls" where pressure builds up in that region if there hasn't been any, let's say, "relief" from sexual stimulation.

What is Blue Balls?
"If ejaculation does not occur there may be a lingering sensation of heaviness, aching, or discomfort in the testicles due to the continued vasocongestion. This unpleasant feeling has popularly been called blue balls..."

Testicle pain, cancer?

It can be anything or nothing at all.I also sometimes have slight pulsating pain in either of the testicles. But only when I press them.Is the pain constant ? In case it is causing discomfort better check up with a doc. Most of the time the pain can be due to ill fitting underwear or wrong posture of sitting causing pressure on the testicles without you being aware of it.The cancer usually afflicts people over the age of 40 plus. Its called seminoma or carcinoma of seminal vesicles. Its deadly and spreads very quickly. One of my acquaintance had symptoms like slight pain, but he had marked nodules on his scrotum.A FNAC (Fine Needle Aspirate Culture) proved it to be seminoma.Inspite of radiation and chemotherapy he expired within three months of detection. The treating doc informed me that his case was delayed and in his third stage. If detected early, removal of testicles completely eradicates cancer. So better check up.

Pain in left testicle?

It's called growing pains Dude, and little things happen like a small blockage in a tubule that always clears on it's own, or yous brush or sit the wrong way and it irritates. Masturbating often fixes it, but not always if a bump or squeeze caused it. A temporary blockage will often clear with masturbation, but not always. The increased pressure from the stimulation will probably help clear it later.

Just give it some time, and it just clears up. Most of us have this at some time or another. If it gets worse, or swells, then go to the hospital emergency, because there is such a thing as torsion where the cords get wound or twisted together, cutting off the blood flow or hindering it.

That needs to be medically fixed, and you need to go to emergency with that one. Time matter huge. Lots of pain and maybe beginning to swell would be your first clue and enough of a clue to go.

Wanting the best for you Man

Me! :- )

Im having pain in one testicle...?

As mentioned, you should see the doctor. If it's one testicle, it could be a hernia, it may be torsion as well. I highly doubt it's testicular cancer (as someone mentioned). Most of the time, testicular tumors are completely painless. If you're concerned about a tumor, you should check to see if there is any change in the size, or any lumps on that testicle.

Don't panic. Talk to a doctor, get checked out.

Left testicle pain level 2?

It can be testicular torsion, friction, or it can be even hernia, I too had the pain on my left testicle but, it was due to excess masturbation, but when I abstained from it I almost got off pain. but Since you say that you have fever for several days, you should see your GP, so that he/she may do some preliminary tests, so that to check for hernia, but nothing is conclusive, unless you meet a urologist, but I personally feel that, if your fever subsides, your pain will surely subside. As I said earlier, better you go and see your GP, it should help you feel better.

If your bollocks are constantly hurting, go to see your doctor. Especially if they feel different to normal. No one can Dx you online. But this is the sort of thing worth going to see your doctor about, even if you have to pay for the privilege.

brother i had the same problem with me, i used to feel too much pain in my testis and even i sometimes found it impossible to walk with that much of pain this was going on from past one year, the pain is does not happen regulary it always used to happen after  like 5-6 after masturbating and if i masturbate then i feel relieved for somedays but pain again used to start and i have to repeat the dame ......then i told it to my elder brother he took me to hospital where the doctor told me its only due to infection....he gave me some antibiotics and other tablets a complete procedure took 8 eights and now i feel relieved from the pain....

Pain in lower left testicle?

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and can tell you he is doing the right thing by seeing a doctor. Symptoms for TC vary greatly from man to man, but testicle pain and discomfort are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

Nagging Groin/Testicle Pain?

For the past three years I have had mild pain in my right lower groin area. Only on the right side and never extreme pain, I would rate the discomfort at maybe a 2 or 3 on a scale of 10 at the worst.

I assumed I had a hernia and was "living with it" until it got worse. Roughly a year ago I decided it was time to get it fixed so I went to a prompt-care to get a referal. The doctor there didn't feel a hernia so she ordered an ultrasound on my lower abdomen. The ultra sound showed nothing. I was refered to a urologist who said he might have felt a light hernia and that he thought everything else seemed fine. He refered me to a general surgeon. The surgeon examined me and I kind of got the feeling he didn't detect a hernia, he recommended that I wait until it got worse. This was a year ago. Roughly a month ago I decided I had enough, so I returned and he examined me and set an appointment for a right inguinal surgery.

I still was not certain that I had a hernia so I set an appointment with another surgeon for a second opinion. He told me that he felt no hernia and thought I might have a problem with my right testicle, possibly a variocele.

The problem with this is that I have read 99% of varioceles occur on the left side and I was recently examined by a urologist and made no mention of it.

Sorry for the novel but here are a few other symptoms:

The pain seems to be most prevelant while sitting or laying... not sure if my mind is on other things when I am up and about and that is why I don't notice it, but I am pretty sure it is worse while driving or resting. This apparently points towards something other than a hernia.

The pain is most prevelant above the right testicle but it has a tendancy to radiate further up the groin towards my hip.

The pain is more of a pulling or dragging sensation as opposed to a sharp pain.

One other monkey wrench to throw in, I have had a history of kidney stones and have had a lythotripsy operation and an old fashion "snatch" operation. The "pain" I am feeling is nothing like the pain I experienced when I couldn't pass the stones.

I am 27 years old and otherwise very healthy.

Anyone have the same problem?

Whatcha think?

Thanks for your time.
