well, you can't scan a picture FROM your computer because then it's technically not called scanning. you can however, scan a picture TO your computer. what you need is a scanner or a printer/copier/fax machine that has the ability to scan. scanning means that you take a picture or something (ex. a pic u took with a camera and printed out, you can put the printed picture onto your computer. you can take a newspaper and scan the front page onto your computer as a picture so that you can save the article, you can take pretty much anything and scan it to your computer.) and scan it to your computer and it shows up as an image file. so if i have a collage that i made and i want to put it online, i would scan it with the machine, and it would show up as an image on my computer and could email it or post it online or do whatever i want with it. a usb is a cable that hooks your computer to your printer/fax/copier/scanner/whatever. some printers have different types of cables, but the usb is most common. its where you plug your ipod or flash drive into your computer. one end is attached to the printer and the other end goes into the computer like an ipod cable. some printers are wireless but that has to be set up differently. and your printer has to be on and online. if you have a pc then you can go to control panel, printers and faxes, and look to see if the computer sees your printer and you can use it. then you need to read the instructions (or guess if you can) as to how you scan the item to your computer. sometimes there are separate compartments or sometimes you stick it in a certain part of a printer and press scan. it depends. good luck! if you need further help, go online to the website that manufactures the printer you have and it should help. =)

I’ve read the answers here and, although precise, maybe thre’s a simpler way. don’t know anything about programming, Java, API and all that kind of stuff.So this is what I’ve done:On Pocket, click on the drop down menu right of your user (top right of the screen);Click “options”;Click “export”;Click “export HTML file”(or something like that, since I browse in Portuguese…);The browser will save a HTML file (on my computer, it’s “ril_export.html”;Open Word;Find the saved file and open it;Select all the lines (you may want to deselect the title, “Unread”;On the “Home” tab, look for the numbered list button (see image below);Go to the last page and see the last number.That’s it! :)

I accidentally deleted one of my blog posts from "Blogger". It was saved as draft. Can I recover it?
Most of the answers given here are OK but they do not tell you all the options available. Blogtimenow has published a nice post on the subject. It deals with different scenarios of deletion and solutions to each. I am giving link to that post at the bottom of my answer. How to make my webcam clearer?
ok so I have a dell laptop with a built in webcam. I want to take pictures with it and I can't get any good pics from it. They are all fuzzy and have poor color to them. I adjusted the settings but they still look horrible. It doesn't have a flash it just has a little light beside it that wouldn't even allow you to see your hand if you shut all the lights off. here is a sample pic http://tinypic.com/r/34hxemx/7 I paid a good price for this laptop so shouldn't the camera work. It sucks. Videos are crappy too.
