Could It Be Neuropathy Or Is It All In My Head

Can you die from neuropathy?

Yes, you can. In peripheral neuropathy, the cause of death itself isn't due to the neuropathy, but due to the complication of neuropathy.(Falls- weakness and loss of sensation may be associated with lack of balance and falling). If the underlying cause of neuropathy can be effectively treated with medicine and/or surgery and severe damage has not occurred, the prognosis can be excellent or very good. Nerves that have been affected by neuropathy can take time to recover when the underlying cause is treated appropriately. In other conditions, such as genetic conditions, there may be no effective treatment. Severe nerve damage from any cause is typically not reversible. This might cause death sooner, but if appropriate measures are taken to at least prevent more nerve from damaging, it can be prevented.

Do you have Peripheral Neuropathy? What about Neuropathic Pain?

hi. yes, i have pain. i have no clue what it is... i suffered a traumatic brain injury at the age of 19. it has caused my whole body to not exactly know what it is feeling, but it hurts, and i am still undiagnosed. i seen the peripheral pain, and the neuropathic pain. i believe mine is all w/ my neuro- all system. it has to do w/ where the information travels to different spots in your brain to differ what is really going on. adding a brain injury to that, jumbles all of it up, so it doesn't really know how to tell your self where the pain is really coming from. the electro-paths that it does travel... it is sort of like a long, drawn out story, that no one wants to mess w/. my whole body goes numb, and my pinky, and ring fingers especially go numb... it is all through my spine, and my neck, and at the back of my head, where the neck sits on your skull. it's down into my feet, i get severe headaches.... my jaw, and TMJ bones hurt.... its like a burning, aching.... i wouldn't call it dull, but i cannot ever get comfortable... and it effects everything that i do through the day. it truely sucks from my point of view... and it even sucks worser that no one wants to take the time to really diagnose what i have, and actually treat it. just be happy the way you are, and try to look above the pain that consumes your time. life it tooo short, to keep complaining about the same thing.

Can getting off benzodiazepines cause neuropathy on the entire right side of the body and carry on and become increasingly worse in the course of a year?

The short answer is yes.Benzodiazepines are central nervous system depressants. When people take them daily, their nervous systems become accustomed to the down-regulation. When they are withdrawn, the nervous system “wakes up”, often by exhibiting excessive amounts of the symptoms they were prescribed for in the first place: anxiety, hyper vigilance, insomnia, irritability and so forth. Sometimes, seizures and/or hyperesthesias (feeling things that are not there, such as bugs crawling on the skin) strange pains and sensitivities are the result. Sometimes these withdrawal symptoms will go away, after many months. Sometimes the withdrawal takes years. Many doctors, even psychiatrists, fail to recognize these symptoms for what they are. When I attended Harvard Medical School, lo, these many years ago, we were taught that benzodiazepines had a lot of drawbacks, and should not be prescribed for long term use. Now they are routinely prescribed for long term use for some conditions, but there is generally a price to be paid neurologically for resorting to these agents as treatment for chronic conditions.

The head of my penis is sensitive..... how do i stop it from being sensitive?

The head of your penis is supposed to be sensitive. That's why your foreskin is covering it over when you don't have an erection. You want to protect and preserve the sensitivity because when you come to having real sex, the amount that you are sensitive is the amount of pleasure that your going to feel.

That sensitivity gets translated into major feel good with subtle slippery sliding action like takes place in real Love making. A Lady's parts become really slippery with natural Lube when she's ready for you to penetrate, and store bought lube can be used to make her parts feel better for her during your touch. That helps things to be more slippery.

You will in the long run have better control too because of the detailed feelings that you have in being able to tell how far along you are and the reaction so that you can decrease your speed or angle of stimulation and stay at a steady state until you Lady is happy, then you can increase and come through to pleasure yourself.

Bottom line, you want to work with what nature gave you as no mistake, and preserve and protect your sensitivity as much as possible not try to damage it. It's exactly what you want for real Love Making.

Once you start Making Love, your sexual processing center of the brain also averages the feelings and build the correct interpretation of them for the best pleasure levels.

Don't touch or rub on it dry, don't let the shower head spray on the head of your penis, and keep the foreskin closed between washing and sexual activity to protect you.

If you masturbate, keep the foreskin between your hand and the head of your penis, and if you want to do some direct contact, which you don't need to because of your good feelings level, use lots of Lube and light touch. It's best to keep direct touch for real Love making.

Edit....
Humans have such a tough time accepting that what nature gives you here is what your supposed to have and works best. We right away start trying to mess with it and change things through lack of understanding or thinking that we know better. We have way too many messes going with nature and the environment already.

Hope it all makes sense now. Your fortunate to have all of your parts still to be able to have that high level of feelings.

Take care Man!

Me! :- )

My tooth hurts only when I jump or move my head back and forth quickly. It's not loose at all either.?

Since yesterday 1 tooth on the top right (between my front teeth and side) started hurting when I jump, move my head back and forth, or do any sudden movement that moves my head.

I have no clue what could be causing this, I brush regularly and go to the dentist twice a year. Last month when I went he said nothing was wrong with my teeth either.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I changed nothing in my daily routine.

Can Over Masterbation damage the Brain or Neurons?

Iv been masturbating 5 times a day for the past couple of years and I quit yesterday because I have constant headaches in the right side of my head. I heard someone say that It can damage nerves in your head, is that true?

Does it hurt to shoot yourself in the head?

No, because the bullet will do enough damage faster than the brain can sense the pain. You will be unconscious in no time. There are "lucky" people for which the bullet had a weird trajectory and didn't cause death; after that the pain was indeed high.

Having pain in arm , neck, right shoulder, right side of head, and some time head gets nump.Pls answer?

Definitely a compressed nerve somewhere but unusual for the head to be numb (the cranial nerves do not come from the neck) and the spinal nerves would cause numbness in your neck/shoulder or arm. Definitely see your doctor about this and get it checked out please.
