I have no problem with it. I'm fortunate enough to live in a country with single payer healthcare. My daughter suffered a brain aneurysm in Ontario Canada. She receive surgery the very next day, when swelling in the brain was under control. She spent 3 weeks in hospital and received excellent care. She now receives medication and regular check ups. No health insurance was needed and there were no hospital bills to pay. I have no problem paying taxes to help someone who may be in the same position.

Could you explain to me in a very simple way that I can understand the definition of continuity ?
What this means is that a function is continuous at a point c if it has a value at the point, and if the function approaches the value as x approaches c. Imagine a parabola sitting on the x axis so that the value of the function at x=0 is zero. The function is f(x) = x² f(0) = 0. This satisfies condition b. The limit as x approaches 0 exists. This is true for a parabola. Finally, as you approach x=0 along the parabola from either side, the value of the function approaches 0. So the limit = 0. If the limit equals the value, the the function is continuous at that point. Now consider the function: f(x) = x² when x not 0, f(x) = 1 when x=0. This one has a value at x=0. It also has a limit as x approaches 0. The limit is 0. But the value of the function at x=0 is not equal to the limit as x approaches 0. One final function: f(x) = +1 when x is >=0; f(x) = -1 when x is <0 This has a value at x=0. The value is f(0) = +1. But it deosn't have a limit, because when you approach 0 from the positive side, the value is 1 and when you approach it from the negative side, the value is -1. There is no limit, so the function is not continuous. Hope this helps.

Could you explain to me one theory of your choice in a simple manner?
To my understanding people generally think of evolution only in terms of life, but I think long before what might be defined as the first life, the conditions for life evolved. In this sense life and everything related to it such as a place like Earth might be seen as one process of the evolution of energy. Some reasons I believe this include that it makes more intuitive sense than the idea that the stage for life has been set purely at random. This would require that Earth's composition and distance from the sun are happy accidents, that the stage was set for life to an extraordinary degree and then, another huge coincidence, life came into existence here or it came about elsewhere and ended up here, possibly delivered by comet or meteorite. I can believe events along those lines unfolded and that they did so randomly but I guess what I'm really trying to say is that I am not convinced that such events have occurred *purely* at random, or that life and it's habitats are coincidental against staggering odds. I think Nature lends itself to things like complexity and even sentience, and that otherwise they would not exist purely at random. We and Earth are mostly water. Lava is rich in iron, and so is our blood, all the result of hydrogen that might be said to have evolved into elements of greater sophistication. I'm not sure energy doesn't invent and reinvent itself.

The azide-winkler method is described as the most accurate method to ascertain the dissolved oxygen within a liquid sample. The main purposed of adding Manganese sulfate and the alkaline is to generate Manganese Hydroxide which will react with Oxygen. As the Manganese Oxide-Hydroxide compound is not stable, Potassium Iodide is used to react with it and under acidic conditions would result in Iodine (I2) being generated. The amount of Iodine generated corresponds to the amount of oxygen in the liquid sample. The titration is really to find out how much Iodine is present and from there infer how much oxygen was present.
