Criminal Minds Watchers Season 5

CSI? Law and Order? Bones? Criminal Minds? Which is better?

Well, that really depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for drama and very heavy subject matter, I'd say go with Law and Order: SVU. The other L&O shows are more focused on the legal stuff than the witness statements and situations. SVU is probably the most disturbing tv series that I watch. A close second would be Criminal Minds. Not as heavy, but shows more blood and gore, which brings me to CSI. Since it's a forensic tv show, its primary focus is to show the audience how a particular crime is committed, usually shown by elaborate recreations. Bones seems to be the lesser of all evils, so to speak. Overall, the show seems to be quite campy in nature and shows little to no gore, but has the off drama-fueled episode.

Hope this helped!! :)

What anime would you recommend to non-anime watchers?

First to start off you'd definitely want them to avoid any types of mainstream shounen, ecchi, moe, slice of life and shoujo stuff, as they would have the opposite effect.

Here's my top 5 that I would recommend to non-anime people.

1. Monster - Amazing anime, suitable for everyone, one of Urasawa Naoki's works so you can't get wrong.

2. Legend of the Galactic Heroes - You should definitely recommend this as well, masterpiece, after decades its still the best anime ever.

3. Fate/Zero - Good anime if your friends are into action type stuff.

4. Neon Genesis Evangelion - This series is mind blowing, in a good way.

5. Steins;Gate - One of the best anime we've had lately.

I watched the first 4 episodes of GOT season 5 and found them boring. It seems like they are dragging and going off the story by including irrelevant characters. Am I judging too early? Did you also find the episodes uninteresting?

To begin with, yes, I found the episodes boring. But nothing of note has really happened yet. Besides, I've read the books, so the vast number of deviations and omissions also bugs me. Here's my opinion on the acting so far:Melisandre is behaving like a 12-year old.Davos has lost his "punch".Kevan's dialogues are good. He's one of the very few new additions to the series.Arya's arc looks promising, but that's about it. We'll have to wait and see.WTF is Jaime doing in Dorne, with BRONN?Zero Bran.Stannis has looked lame so far. He's like "Kneel, for God's sake! Just kneel!"Daenerys has looked lamer. Stupid emo teen chick with misguided ideals and worthless advisors.Tyrion and Jon Snow are the rocks of the show. Still pretty good.High Sparrow is pretty good too, and Cersei's not bad either. We've seen little of the Dornishmen, but it's so NOT up to par. Doran's fine, but Hotah feels like a eunuch! And I'm sorry, but I could catch Ellaria's fake accent even if I were deaf. Also, the sand snakes made me retch. Take them out, Hotah, and you might be redeemed. There are lots of things (major things) yet to happen. And I'm pretty sure I know what's gonna happen at the end of the season. It's the kind of thing that'll literally make people smash their TV sets. Literally. But so far, season 5 is a big disappointment.

Which Law and Order show is better: Criminal Intent or SVU?

lets assume there is no better - both are amazing storytelling vehicles, top of the line dramas. So it comes down to which give you what you want when watching a crime drama.SVU always gives you an emotional, gut-wrenching, thought provoking look at the human cost involved in the prosecution of sexual crimes. It takes on all kinds of controversial topics, and almost never takes a side as to what is the correct solution- it just showed why the different participants felt so strongly about a position. But it never fails to show the consequences, and the emotional effects suffered by all- victims (and families), defense, prosecution, investigators, even perpetrators.CI, on the other hand is a hoot! Vincent D'Onofrio is a mad man, enthusiastically jumping from insight to insight. Jeff Goldblume was a troubled master psychological analyst diving deep into psyches of those involved. The shows providing a lot of entertaining insights into the problem solving strategies of these two engaging personalties. (sorry, Mr Big never really rang my bell). AND there was no lack of emotion in various storylines- Bobby Goren got emotionally involved in many cases, especially those that involved mental illness, something he himself danced around. As was mentioned, you get the points of view from all of the parties involved, in a special way, as the puzzle unravels. Not too many people remember that the first few episodes actually showed the murder being committed at the show’s beginning; the plot involved how did Goren put the pieces together find this killer. I guess this was a little too radical, and the show settled into a more ‘conventional’ (but no less satisfying) presentation. So the choice of Best is up to you- do you want an emotional roller coaster involving the emotional and physical consequences of sexual crimes on all involved?Or a fascinating study of the human mind of a strategic crime solver. But why choose?

After watching Sherlock what must I watch?

Judging from Sherlock I guess the best thing would be ANOTHER SHERLOCK HOLMES SPINOFF!Here you go…ELEMENTARYThis take on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic character has Sherlock Holmes fleeing London for present-day Manhattan after a stint in rehab. He arrives to find that his father has assigned a sober companion to live with him -- Dr. Joan Watson, a former surgeon who gave up medicine three years earlier after she lost a patient. Her life now centers around helping addicts stay clean. However, Holmes has his own plan for keeping on the straight and narrow, throwing himself into his work as a police consultant in New York City. The two find that they make a good team and are soon cracking some of the NYPD's most-difficult cases. If you had like Sherlock, you’re bound to love Elementary! It takes a fresh take on Sherlock’s character!HAPPY WATCHING!
