Dark Souls1- My Weapon Would Say It Does 108 Damage In Its Stats But Would Then Do 24 Damage

I get outrageously mad at video games, to the point of hitting myself. Why?

You have done one grave mistake—you started taking video gaming too seriously, and hence it has turned in to a source of frustration instead of being a source of entertainment for you.You need to change it. Just remember one thing; you are a better player than many others, but there are also many other people who have higher skills. Unless you are planning to dedicate your entire life to video games and become a professional gamer, I suggest you to take a step back and ask yourself one question:“Is winning really that important?”.This is a problem with multiplayer games. I have experienced it myself. Every defeat leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. No matter how good the opponents were, you still seems to convince yourself that you had a fair chance at winning.Losses don’t always come due to lack of skills. You may have a bad team mate, some opponents might be cheating (yes, cheating is rampant in most multiplayer games; there is no point denying) or they may be using premium items (by spending real money) to gain an upper hand, and above everything else, you may simply suffer from having bad luck.If you can’t make peace with the fact that you will end up losing a lot of matches, you can’t continue to keep your sanity and play multiplayer games, too.So just take a chill pill, and try to enjoy the games you play. Winning is not everything, the experience is important, too.
