Diary Entry Of A Corrupt Cricketer After Being Caught Spot Fixing

What are some interesting "caught by TTE/TC in Indian Railways" stories?

Hope you will enjoy. This happened when I was traveling from Howrah to Rajahmundry (a town in Andhra). As the trip was unplanned, I had no reserved ticket. Hence, I took one general ticket, went to the concerned platform and boarded the train (in sleeper class). Aftersometime the train started to depart and as usual a TTE came for checking. Nowthis is where the real story begins.Encountering 1st TTETTE: Ticket???ME: Sir, I am having General ticket because it’s suddenly planned.TTE: What should I do?(In Anger)ME: Sir, Please provide me a berth and in return I will pay fine.TTE: Okay, Sit here and I will come again to collect fine.(Took my ticket and wrote seat number and coach)Me with some sigh of relief, shifted to my allotted coach. After sometime the TTE came again.TTE: Is 27 yours??(27 is the berth allotted)ME: Yes Sir(without hesitation)TTE: Okay.I was waiting for him to ask the fine but thank god he didn’t (Don’t know the reason, maybe his memory is not that good or maybe he thinks that I am the original berth holder.)MISSION NO. 1 ACCOMPLISHED.After some odd hours the train crossed West Bengal and entered Orissa. As we all know that whenever the train switches States, the TTEs will also change.Encountering 2nd TTETTE: Ticket??ME: Here It is Sir.TTE: You are traveling in sleeper class with a general ticket. You must pay fine.Me: Sir, I already paid the fine and in return he (1st TTE) allotted me this berth.TTE: Oh, Is It? Then show me the challan???ME: Sir, He (1st TTE) told me to pay a fine of 900/- with challan and also gave me another option of paying 500/- without challan. Sir, like everybody I went on choosing later one. Hence, I have no challan with me.(with some innocence and presence of mind).TTE:Pcchhh…Because of these corrupt people our India is still a developing country. Okay, You sit down. (Went away scolding the 1st TTE)MISSION NO. 2 ACCOMPLISHED.After some more odd hours the train has entered Andhra Pradesh.Encountering 3rd TTECrtl C & Ctrl V of the previous encounter.AND FINALLY REACHED MY DESTINATION WITHOUT PAYING ANY KIND OF FINE.Thank You.

What is the funniest thing ever happend in everyone's school life?

Once we had an English solo song competition in our school. Since my school (Ramjas Public School, Anand Parvat, Delhi) was not a convent or Christian school but a normal public school which had more of desi folks, where we students normally didn't use to listen to English songs. So for that sake my English teacher planned for an english solo song competition as a part of internal assessment when I was in class 9.We were given 3 days to prepare a song of our choice. All of us downloaded and discussed what all songs we were about to sing in the class. While getting busy for preparations I forgot to tell one of my classmate who was absent on the day when the teacher announced for the competition. On the competition day we were revising and singing our songs in front of each other and trying to correct our mistakes in the morning time. The friend who was absent came on the competition day after recovering from illness. He was worried but though he was the naughtiest kid of the class he said I will manage don't worry. When we asked "how?" He responded you just wait and watch. Few of us sang the song. Some stuck while some did it easily. When my friend's turn came he took a pause and started singing "Brazil taa ra ra ra ra raa, taa ra ra ra ra raa brazil" (this was the most played song on weddings and dj at that time) The whole class laughed like mad. The english teacher's face was a mix of humor and anger at that time. She was confused with her feelings. She wanted to laugh and be angry at the same time. This song has only 1 word "brazil" and rest music so it was legally an English song. He got 2 on 10 but we classmates got a memory worth remembering.

My arms really hurt bad when I play badminton, but I love playing badminton. Should I continue playing with the pain?

If you love playing the sport, please don't quit. The pain is mostly due to the following reasons:Incorrect technique - All badminton shots (e.g. smash, clear, drives etc.) other than net play involves complex movement of various muscle groups of the body - fingers, wrist, arm, shoulder and back.If you're putting full pressure on one body part while hitting the shuttle (in your case, the arms), that body part is bound to hurt bad.Lack of enough strength - A certain amount of strength is required in your arm, wrist, shoulder to play the sport. It'll develop eventually as you continue to play. To develop strength, I'll advise weight training to strengthen your muscles.Use of head-heavy racquets - This might be another reason. I'd suggest use a head-light racquet to prevent pain.I'll share my own experience of learning badminton and falling love with this fantastic game:When I started playing, I'd hit the shuttle from the back of the court with all my strength and it'd go up to opponent half court at most. And my elbow joint would pain like anything.Nowadays if I put all of my strength to hit a ‘clear', it'd go long, every single time. And I don't feel a thing, even after several doubles matches where I hit smashes after smashes.Incorrect technique is mostly the reason behind a painful arm. If you take care of the technique, the pain will go away.I also attached a YouTube link for correct way to smash. This one really helped me.Keep playing!

What was the feeling when your 10th board exam result was about to be displayed?

That day was one of the best days of my life. Ofcourse when you get the desired result and you see that your hard work has finally been paid of leaves you with immense satisfaction.I was sleeping, when I woke up it was already 9am. I knew the results would be updated on the site shortly. I wanted to see the result myself first. I went to CBSE Exam Results 2013 nd kept it opened. Soon I got involved in other acivities watching tv most probably. After a while my mother came in a hurry and gave me the phone, it was my maths sir, he had known me for quite a time, he asked me to give my roll no. to him as he said results were out. I gave him and quickly ran to my computer room from my bed. My heart was pounding at a great rate!! I prayed to God(I really did) and went to the site, it was already open, refreshed it, with my hands shaking I typed my roll no., that coldness you feel in your heart and finger! I think every student can relate to it. And the result displayed 10CGPA(95% it's the highest one gets in 10th boards from CBSE)with no upgradation. My joy knew no bounds. The phone rang it was my sir again he told I had got 10CGPA. He was happy and so was everyone. In each subjects I had received a 10. That was a memory I will never forget. And that day I realised what it is like to feel "success".Though many people say that 10CGPA is not a big deal and it's true many students get it but only the students who get it knows what effort we have to put and go through during each FA's and SA's and the CCE my God! If in any one subject you get A2 or B1, you run after the teacher asking whether the chance of getting 10CGPA is lost or not. Though questions in boards are of no level to that of competitions in 10th, but reading book of each and every subject esp Social Science(no offence) was really tough. And till now it's sad that I have not yet felt that sense of achievement but I am always striving towards it and always will be.'No accomplishment whether big or small is "low or high" because I believe in each of one them you try to give your best.'
