Did I Have A Good Back Workout If My Whole Body Was Shaking

Why do I feel weak and shaky after a workout?

Okay many people commenting here either never exercised or haven’t exercise for real. This is not a side effect or some sign of illness.Only legit comment is about the cortisol levels, which is true and it is one part of the reason.Second part is, when you do fitness training, you use the sugar in your system because your body burns through it during the workout. So your insulin drop cause the shaky hands and weakness feeling.Thirdly, because you have adrenaline and blood rush around your body, and your heart rate is elevated, again cause the shaky effect. And finally, because you tire your nervous system, it causes the shakyness and weakness. So this is a very normal outcome from a workout. However, in my opinion, your aim should be to minimize these effects while having a great workout. So best workout would be an intense and powerful one, but at the end where you still feel like you have something left in the tank. If you feel too shaky or too weak, it means you train too much. So in conclusion, now you know the reasons why you feel weak and shaky, and there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone who exercise will feel these sypmtoms in different severity. However I believe that you can have better results if you feel good at the end of the workouts.

Is it good to drink a banana shake before and after a workout?

Firstly, i would like to know why did you zero down to banana only? Is there any specific reason behind this? There are other fruits as well. As to your question, there are two sections to it:First: Is it good to have it prior to a workout?I would say yes, but do not bloat yourself by having too much of it. Depending on your body weight, a single or at the most two bananas 45 mins prior to the workout would be a good fuel to keep you going during the workout.Second: Is it good to have it post workout?Yes, but again only banana would not suffice the purpose of working out as your body needs protein more than carbs or fats at this point of time! Bananas are good source of carbs and fibre and having them post workout is good but that alone should not be your only source of nutrition.Precisely: Banana shake will help but ONLY banana shake will not be helpful!

I'm 14. my body shakes when i move?

i have blood tests and it says I have something to do with my thyroid. when I move my back shakes or when I move my feet up and down, they shake. it's pretty much my whole body. a few days before I found out I had this thyroid thing, my whole body was shaking. is this because of this thyroid thing I have? (apparently my levels are slightly low)

Should I consume a protein shake after a workout and before cardio, or should I consume after both the workout and cardio?

There have not been consistent benefits regarding the consumption of additional protein before, during or after exercise.Muscles are VERY effective at reusing the amino acids from damaged proteins to build new ones. They do not require additional protein to recover from a workout. They DO require energy. Moreover, bone and connective tissue suffer micro-damage which can accumulate over frequent workouts. Glucose, not protein and not fat, is best to blunt that accumulation. Fifteen grams of glucose is sufficient. That is about one tablespoon of the original Karo clear corn syrup which is all glucose. Some months back, Italian research showed two results. First, as little as 15 grams of whey protein can arrive at the small intestine so rapidly that it temporarily saturates the transporters which actually absorb the amino acids. Servings larger than 15 grams consumed at once just overflow into the large intestine where they ferment to produce gas and distress.Second, there was NO difference in effect between 15 grams of whey and 15 grams of glucose. That is actually predictable. Half of the amino acids are converted into glucose on first pass through the liver before entering general circulation. If the remaining half arrives at muscles more rapidly than muscles can utilize it, the amino acids circulate back to the liver which converts it to glucose as well.Although additional protein benefits young women, supplemental protein beyond the recommended 0.8 grams per kg of body weight produced no additional muscle in men. GOT THAT! MORE PROTEIN DOES NOT MAGICALLY BECOME MORE PERMANENT MUSCLE.Those on ketogenic diets preserve muscle regardless of the type or length of workout. Those who are carbohydrate-dependent MAY exhaust glycogen during a workout and would not smoothly switch to burning fat. Rather, they cannibalize muscle for amino acids which the liver can convert to glucose. Supplemental protein might decrease that loss but incompletely “papers-over” a metabolic problem.Eat real, complete, slow-digesting protein AFTER muscles have recovered at least an hour and after the glucose.Whey protein does not act like real protein and is a waste of money.

Why does my body shake while doing plank?

My last apartment had a very old electrical system. When I plugged in my vacuum cleaner to the outlet by my light switch, the lights would begin to flicker. There was just too much draw on the electrical system for its capabilities so the current directed to the lightbulb weakened. It had enough power to keep it on but not enough for it to remain smooth and bright.Your nervous system is also an electrical system and it works in a similar way. When you make a demand that’s just on the edge of its capabilities, it will do what you ask but the signal will begin to flicker and you will shake as a result. The good news is, unlike my old electrical system, in time and with practice, your nervous system will increase in capability and you will no longer shake.

Abs workout cramp?

yes this can happen...i would make sure u stretch out your abdominals very very good before doing any ab work (the major abdominal stretch is called the seal stretch) and also try and drink a fair amount of water....stretching the abs will help warm them up for what ever exercises you are planning to do...to start back on an ab workout i would suggest doing hanging leg raises..these are the hardest for most people and can take time getting used to,yet they yield the best overall results...secondly i would try and find an ab machine at your gym such as the nautilus ab rocker or the cybex crunch machine..although, any ab machine will help get a good workout while ensuring you have proper form so you wont be cheating or using other muscles...and lastly cardio...if you have fat covering your abs cardio will be the only way get the fat off of them as you prob already know...abs take alot of work to get even if someone already has a low body fat %..much luck and i hope ive helped

Will drinking a protein shake after a morning workout affect benefits of an intermittent fast?

Yes.You effectively break the fast when you take in anything more than about 10 calories. Now, this is not a hard and fast rule, so let me answer your specific question by saying that a protein shake will completely and utterly put you in a “fed” state. You basically are eating a whole meal. Even less protein still disrupts the fast.Personally I got a little fed up of the absolute mess of information the internest throws at you when it comes to fasting. It gets pretty hard to know what to follow, how long to follow it for and half the time it doesn’t work. I mean we wouldn’t all keep hearing about fad diets if one actually met half the promises, right? You can download the Eat-Stop-Eat Audiobook completely free from Fasting TV. It goes back to basics to actually get results: [Free Audiobook] Eat - Stop - Eat: Make Fasting Simple Again (And Get Actual Results)If you haven’t really looked fasting before it can be a murky topic. There’s a lot of inforation to go on, especially online where everyone and their dog have an opinion whether they’re qualified to share it or not.At the most base fasting is an intentional withholding of food. Whether for spiritual or health reasons there absolutely are benefits to it when used correctly. To everyone spouting that it’s all a craze with no backing - I think you’re thinking of detoxing and juice cleanses. Fasting is different and has clear and proven advantages. There is no set duration or way to do it. I’m not going to pretend like I have all the answers because at the end of the day I only know what works for me and a sample size of one is not a reliable study. However I will tell you that the biggest thing you can do for yourself is get at least a basic understanding of what you’re doing. You don’t need to study nutrition for years but don’t just follow along with fad diets or fasts in the hopes of stumbling into something which works. The sad truth is if it was as easy as all that selling us on fake diet crap wouldn’t be such a big market.
