He was a message runner that realyed messages to other sides of the trenches in WWI He was wounded twice -Shot once -Gasses a second time He was in the hospital recovering from the gas attack when he heard that Germany and her allies surrendured to their enemy Hitler was really pissed that he fought for Germany just for them to surrender so he vowed revenge And that my friend, was one of the causes of WWII So ya, your teachers an idiot PS sorry about my speling, i dont want to proofread this
Do you think Hitler was a good military strategist and tactician?
Hitler was a good military strategist and speaker. He said that he would restore the economy at the time. Using his armed force today would be considered useless because United States and Russia won't allow another Holocaust to happen. Everyone was aware Hitler was rebuilding Germany's army and all we did was tell him to stop. This made the Treaty of Versailles partly useless because it demanded peace and disallowed Germany to rebuild their army. Hitler was in the right spot at the right time because England, France, America, and others wanted to avoid another World War at all cost. Also, the world was in a tough economic crisis being a distraction. This allowed Hitler to rebuild this army even though nobody was permitted by the Treaty of Versailles. Hitler was an intelligent military tactician because he was very quick. It only took him two years to invade Poland, Western Europe, France, Yugoslavia and Greece. However, Hitler surely made a tremendous mistake by sinking American supply ships and declaring war on United States. That was the beginning of the end for the Nazis party.
Why did hitler start a war with ever superpower in world war 2 ?
Hitler was delusional. He believed wholeheartedly that the Aryans were a master race destined to rule the world, and that he was the only leader who had the power and guts to bring them to that level. Thus, he invaded Eastern Europe, and made an alliance with Stalin in order to deter the rest of the world from attacking him. Following that he invaded Russia breaking the alliance because his main goal was lebensraum, meaning living space for Germans to live in. However, as all the allies closed in on him he made increasingly desperate moves because he wanted to lead Germany to domination believing he alone could do it. He continued to invade Russia and sacrificed the entire 6th Army. He was motivated by a fear of his own death and a Germany without a strong leader.His unwillingness to wait and blitzkrieg strategy eventually caused his downfall.
Hitler was evil but was he also a military genius?
Quite possibly, he single handedly conqured most of Europe and never went to a military academy while he was surrounded by incompetent generals who only learned to hold a spoon and fork in military academies
