No not all of them. Tamir Rice- not justified Trayvon Martin- I can't say that it was a justifiable killing, but he did engage in mutual physical combat with Zimmerman. So, yes I'd say he's partially at fault because of the way he reacted to the confrontation. When you choose to fight there is always the possibility of some psychopath like Zimmerman killing you. I think Zimmerman took it way to far and I'm not excusing him. Mike Brown- legally justifiable killing but not necessary. When you punch cops you run the risk of getting killed. Had Mike Brown not assaulted the cop he's probably be alive today. Yes the cop should have used a taser or other form of non lethal force first. Philando Castille- there isn't enough info yet to make a judgement. Alton Sterling- I'm not sure about this one yet. Eric Garner- that was murder or at least manslaughter. He was only resisting because he was literally fighting for his life. Freddy Gray- was flat out killed by the police.

My g/f and me were in the mall and we went shopping I'm 6'3 220 pds and I lft weights everyday and my girl tells me how she loves she has a big strong muscular guy that can protect her and that she feels secure with me. We were in the mall in the line at the food court and apparently I skipped line on this wigger kid. He was small like 5'8 140 pds but I could tell he wasen't your typical wigger he seemed drunk and has a gold grill and gold big chain and looked like he was a real gangster and not a poser. He started yelling at me and calling me a little punk and shoved me. I told him to calm down I don't want to fight him and he spit on me and slapped me and told me to get out of line before he whooped me like the little ***** I am. I didnt want any problems with him he seemed like he really wanted to fight and he seemed drunk and he had a I dont give a **** attitude. I just told my girl lets just leave and she started acting weird and I asked her whats wrong and she said nothing I can tell she's dissapointed that I have big muscles and lift weights but I'm not really a fighting tough guy but I'm not a gangster I'm not a tough guy. Well me and my girlfriend have been together for 9 months and we really love each other btw I'm african american and she is asian so both of our parents still don't approve of our relationship and i really don't know why.. her parents said they don't like me because i'm black and parents said they don't like my girlfriend because they just don't like her i really understand why don't get the fact that me and my girlfriend are happy together she is the love of my life and there is nothing that can separate us from each other we are head over heels for each other she is so beautiful in my eyes and there is no other girl that can replace her before i met her i didn't know what love was but now i do these 9 months me and her been together have been the best months of my entire life how do we get both of our parents to understand that race shouldn't matter in a relationship as long as we're happy together please can anyone help
Is there any difference between Castle Doctrine laws and Stand Your Ground laws?
My state has a Castle Doctrine I think it says that the occupant of a home can kill someone if they feel as though the tresspasser may attepmt a second crime, other than tresspassing. Last year a college kid was shot and killed when he stumbled drunk into the wrong house. No charges. And I also heard on the news about a little girl who was staying with her grandparents. She left while her grandparents were napping, and when she came back, her grandfather shot her, thinking that he was in the house and he thought he was actually protecting her from a burglar. No charges
Did Trayvon Martin really attack George Zimmerman?
So you are saying Martin is a mutant...a psychic? Somehow he had the power to read Zimmerman's mind and know that Zimmerman had a gun and that he suspected him. Let's reframe the scenario to the context of what he could actually know at the time. Martin knew he was in a strange neighborhood. Martin knew that he was doing suspicious things (wandering through yards, looking in windows) Martin see's an adult drive by, in a gated community, and start watching him suspiciously. At that point what did Martin know? All he knows is that he was just caught doing something wrong. Based on testimony from Martin's GF he also was angry and expressed strong racist sentiment about Zimmerman. Now what could he have done if he were afraid? He could have gone home. He could have called the police He could have called his Dad. He could have done any number of things. But he didn't do any of those things. Why? Because he wasn't afraid he was angry. And he did what an angry person does he attacked. This is supported by all the evidence. We know that he has bruising on his knuckles consistent with repeatedly punching something. We see the damage to Zimmerman's face and head. We have witness testimony stating that Martin was on top punching Zimmerman "MMA style". Other than the GSW and offensive injuries Martin has no injuries.
