Difficult Situation - What To Write In My Friend

How do I get out from a very difficult situation?

How to find a way out of a difficult situation:Analyze the situation by breaking it apart. Ask yourself what makes this situation difficult? Then brain storm every possible solution and write the potential solutions down. Write down every single possible solution that comes to mind. Ask your trusted friends for ideas too. Then write down the costs and benefits to each solution. Choose the solution that has the most benefits and the fewest costs. Here's a simplified example: say that your problem is that your parents don't like your new boyfriend/girlfriend and they want you to stop seeing him/her.So, what makes this difficult? Obviously it's that you want to continue your new relationship, and your parents disapprove. Your parents will feel disrespected if you continue the relationship. What are the options?Break up with your new bf/gf.Don't break up.Approach your parents and ask why they dislike your bf/gf and try to allay their concerns. What are the benefits of each option? What are the costs?Benefits: parents stop being mad. Cost: losing the relationship with bf/gf.Benefits: keep the relationship with bf/gf, costs: suffer with angry parents and tumultuous interactions, which could result in getting kicked out of the house or rejected by your parents.Benefits: you will find out why parents don't like bf/gf, you will possibly keep the relationship by allaying their fears, but also gain trust and deeper understanding of your parents' concerns. Costs: you might discover that your parents concerns are valid, which might cause the relationship to end, resulting in heartbreak and hurt feelings with bf/gf.Obviously, option 3 has the most potential benefits as well as some potential costs… but it's likely better than the other two options, so choose option 3.

What has been the most difficult situation in your life which you finally overcame?

Thanks for the A2A!Difficulty is based on perception. One of them is when I did not clear my CA!I scored 92% in tenth and 95% in 12th class. I also cleared CPT and IPCC of CA in the very first attempt. I was always into my books. Failure was something which I had not faced.I thought I was inevitable and was arrogant. I was wrong but my stupid brain did not realize it. Some incident had to hit me hard and teach me.So I flunked... Not once but twice. You may very well imagine how much it hurts for someone who cleared well in all the previous exams! That one year was the slowest in my life. Precisely 1.5 years...I had not watched any movie. I did not celebrate any festivals. I did not meet any friends which eventually made them move away from me. 8 subjects and that was all was on my mind! I still have my study table filled with stick notes just to remind me what I came across. But this one incident made my life difficult. Nevertheless I learnt to respect people including the ones who hurt me!Peace!

What "difficult situation" should I write about for my English essay?

My English prompt: "Think about a time when you faced a difficult situation but found a way to overcome it. In a well-written essay, describe the challenge, the way you solved it, and the way you felt when the problem was solved."

I don't know what "difficult situation" to write about.

Anyone has topics or ideas of a difficult situation...?

What is the most difficult situation you have been through? What was on your mind? How did you overcome it? And what did you learn from it?

Thanks for reminding those painful days! After completing class XII, I wrote the state entrance exam for Engineering and Medicine. I was aware of my performance, it had not gone well. However two days before this state entrance rankings were announced, my Board results were announced.  I had scored a good percentage. My parents were happy, they called everyone and mentioned about their son scoring such a marks. I was on cloud nine! The Entrance Test rankings were announced after two days and I had secured a rank that was very close to the highest 4-digit number. Gloom everywhere around me!!The counselling started. I went and chose some random third-tier college.I went and saw the college. It was away from city and was not good. I had fallen in to a trap on my own! Then came second round and I did not have any choice other than to continue with the same college. By this time I'd gotten into depression of sorts. I would roam around with grazing cows (we have cows at farm) and be clueless of everything around me. My parents were not happy with me. My friends would call and mention they have got some 'good' college. This would add insult to injury. This was the most difficult phase. I did not know how to get out of it. I was disconnected from society (we live in farm), had no friends, did not have books. Then came third round of counselling. I committed another blunder. Had two colleges and chose the wrong one, again! However, the college started pretty soon. I made some friends at hostel. Thankfully I forgot about the past, thanks to these friends. Thanks for A2A!

What do I say to a friend who is going through a difficult time?

I remember a day in 10th standard, our teacher came into class and gave a statement that has opened my mind and helped me to this day, He said,“Humans beings can’t be found without some sort of woes and worries.”So, we have to understand that tough times are a part of our life and in different times, challenges are different. The problems and challenges change as we progress in our lives.Secondly, there is nothing for eternity. Everything in this world is time bound. Every happiness and every trial has a time period and they usually come alternatively after each other.Indeed there is ease after each difficulty as stated in the last chapter of Quran. So, you need to tell your friend to be patient because patience is the best strategy at the times of discomfort. With patience and hope, one can come out of every difficult situation. So, she needs to be patient and be hopeful to get out of this situation while striving to make things better. In families, complaining and arguing doesn’t help usually no matter the culture one comes from. Patience and compassion does help indeed. One who is patient and helpful won’t be left alone.
