Display Issue With Some Games

Display issues, need urgent help!?

I was using my PC as normal (windows xp) when I went to open a full screen game (football manager 2013) when the screen went black. This game has never been a problem before and is completely legitimate and is synced with steam. All of a sudden, an error saying "The nv4_disp display driver has stopped working normally." I've seen some other questions on here regarding this issue but their problems only seem to occur when trying to open the game, my issue has been permanent ever since, the monitor doesn't even recognise there is a computer plugged into it and the monitor won't come off stand by mode. It's unusable. I'm writing this on my iPhone and I'm in serious need of help!

Thanks in advance
P.S. please no suggestions that must be done on my computer, because you know, I can't use it!

Display issues with my Xbox 360!!?

Pal 60 is a little lower res but a higher refresh rate. What you need to do is on the av cable switch the button to t.v. you should then have the option of switching the pal in the display settings. Once your done switch it back to hd. Pal 60 is better for hd. Have fun

STEP 1:Make sure these 3 softwares are installed in your pc:1.Directx correct version(repair if possible)2.Visual C++ Redistributables (vc_redist_x86/x64 all the realease versions till now)3. NVIDIA GAME READY DRIVER (for those who have nvidia graphics card. Download and install from nvidia website. Size should be around 400mb)4. Nvidia legacy driver/Nvidia legacy physx software (for those who doesn't have a Nvidia graphics card.)(Make a quick Google search about nvidia legacy physx software then download and install from nvidia website)These are the basic requirements for running any game in pc if your pc has enough specs.STEP 2:If your screen still black then it's possible that you have a slow processor that takes long time to boot up a game. I've seen people staring at the black screen for 10mins-30mins before their game launched. Also it's possible that the specific game you are trying to play isn't optimized enough for your pc. In this case you'll get a better version at Steam.STEP 3:Finally the problem could be your display adapter. Open device manager by typing it in search box, then find your display adapter and right click on it, choose update and try to update online and also in windows update. Updating display adapter of both gpu and monitor is promising enough to run the game without any problem if your pc has enough specs.

Ps3 Display problem help!!?

Uhm well, whatever your do don't shoose restore system. That will completely wipe everything out of your memory and all that junk. But restart system doesn't sound so bad to me. Try that. My ps3 got screwed up once and it kept trying to fix itself and every time it did it would restart and say it hadda fix itself again. I just ended up using my warranty and getting another. But here's a helpful hint: keep your ps3 dust clean, that's what ruined mine and probably yours too.

Graphics Display Problem?

Recently I've been getting a display driver error which causes my screen to go black for a few seconds. When it comes back, I see this error message:

I tried a variety of possible solutions that could be found online, but none of them helped. Occasionally, the some parts of the screen wouldn't display properly (such as my browser flashing or the icons on my desktop not showing properly), and sometimes random squares appear across my whole screen like so:

At this point I'm pretty sure it's a problem with my graphics card, but I kept getting the error message that something is wrong with my graphics driver, so I'm not quite sure if it's two separate issues showing at once, a graphics card hardware problem that causes the driver to fail, or if it actually is completely a software issue. I would appreciate any advice or insight into the problem.

Ubuntu display problems.?

I have just finished installing Xububtu on my Pentium 3 systems and so far am quite impressed. However there are a few problems. First of all as I type, the letters appear to be laggy as they appear on the screen. Secondly the text, windows, buttons, icons etc. on this operating system look slightly fuzzy around the edges. Thirdly when I looks at websites I see many of the fonts have changed to much uglier ones.

May I have some pointer please.

Display Problem with my Playstation 3 ?!?!?

You need to do a Video Reset, and when done correctly, the video will show up on the TV (assuming the TV is on the correct Video Source).

How to do a Video Reset: With the PS3 in stand by mode (red light on front of the PS3), hold the power button down until you hear two beeps (about 5 seconds). The PS3 will turn on and automatically reset giving you the best settings for the type of TV and cable being used.

If you do this correctly and still can't see the image, either the TV is on the wrong source, the cable you are using is bad, or the port on the PS3 or TV is bad.

Four Raspberry Pi computers can easily do that job and would cost under $200 in total. You could operate them in kiosk mode to show a website automatically when they start up. Many companies I know use this system for displaying dashboards and displaying monitoring systems.http://bunnyinc.com/blog/real-ti...It takes a little setting up but it will be solid when running:https://blog.bytemark.co.uk/2016...
