Do All Kids Eat A Lot Of Sugar Or Crave Sugar A Lot Because It Is Difficult To Get My One Child

I eat way too much sugar?

I've read over a lot of questions like this, and many of the answers just say "eat more fruit, drink more water." The problem is, I do eat a lot of fruit, and drink a lot of water. But I also drink frozen coffee, some soda, as well as eat a lot of cookies and cereal. (Chocolate chip cookies and cereal are my weaknesses. I rarely eat candy, and never eat fast food or pastries, but god I love cereal and cookies.)
I'm not fat, I'm "skinny-fat." I weigh 135 lbs and I'm 5'7", and female. I look thin in clothes, its just that my tummy isn't toned. Also, I'm always tired and weak, and I know its because of my sugar intake.
How can I cut my cravings? I want to eat more vegetables, but I just like fruit and junk food so much more! I'm addicted :(

How can we avoid (remedy) children eating more chocolates /sweets?

First thing we should stop pampering kids with chocolates .They may nag or create scene in shops get strict with them .Always encourage them to eat their food at home that is stomach full.When they r full they generally dont look out for options anymore (human nature).Even they nag then offer fruit juices or cakes .Chocolates eaten in moderate amount wont do harm but make them to brush their teeth after eating chocolates.During winter u can serve hot chocolate after dinner .Cravings will diminish gradually but make them sure to brush their teeth after dinner to prevent cavities

Can sugar make you very violent and aggressive if you eat too much?

your metabolism is probably really fast. just pray to god it doesnt slow down or else you'll get fat.

Why are children attracted to junk food?

Many junk foods like sweets and cakes are brightly coloured which attract a childs attention.
Many jumk foods have added sugar. Breast milk is naturally sweet and babies and young children are naturally attracted to sweet comforting foods.
Children and young children like finger foods and junk foods like burgers and hot dogs and fries are easy to eat with your fingers.
Because cynical advertising is targeted at children making it seem more attractive than it really is.
Young children are often a bit lazy when it comes to food and find it easier to chew reconstituted hamburger and chicken rather than get their teeth into a proper piece of meat that requires chewing.
Deep fried foods tend to be tastier than blander boiled foods and children and adults quickly get a taste for them.
After regularly eating food loaded with sugar colourings and other additives, many children get addicted to these substances and crave more, often becoming hyperactive, aggressive or moody. Altering a childs diet can greatly improve poor behaviour and improve learning.
