No.England is a joke. If England won the World Cup, I must have taken a big laugh. They won U-17 and U-20 World Cup last year but this doesn’t mean England can win the senior World Cup. Because unlike those students, this World Cup is for real men, and students are not real men.And England’s senior team truly suck. They didn’t play seriously, they run, and they don’t want to score. They miss it.I guess that England’s next opponent, Colombia, will have a greater chance than England. And I count on Colombia to advance to the semi-finals. Trust me not, maybe France, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Spain and Uruguay truly have chances, except France was forced to fight Argentina so I will not speak anymore. Otherwise, England has zero opportunity.

England’s men’s team is like hungry lion now. They have never won any major championship in 50 overs format and have been deprived of 2 potential chances in recent past. Below are the points that I consider for why England is going to shine during World Cup 2019 (nobody can be really sure, we can only speculate on the basis of current situation).1) England used to be World Cup stars in 20th century. Although they didn’t win any finals, they were runner-up in 3 out of 4 editions (1979, 1987, 1992) and semi-finalists in another two (1975, 1983). But after 1992, their run was nightmarish. The best position they earned since WC 1996 was 5th, in 2007 edition. The worst they performed was during last WC (2015), in which they fell down to 10th position. England has a lot to gain and are hungry for a better position at the World Cup.2) On the other end, English women have been superstars at World Cups. They have won a WC 4 times and stood 2nd another 3 times. In comparison, men’s team has been disappointing. Men have a lot of pressure on their shoulders.3) A semi-final (2009), a final (2013) and another semi- final (2017) in Champions Trophy had England very close to championship wins, but again they failed. This is another reason why England is not going to afford even a single mistake now, they must win (not only reach) the final of 2019 WC. Just one championship win overall (World T20, 2010) in 47 years (since they earned ODI statues in 1971) is shameful for England, the country which invented the game.4) Emergence of better batting is what England is going to take huge advantage of. There’s no need to explain how well England has batted in last ODI series, but it is worth noting how batsmen like Jos Buttler have emerged. Buttler is in sublime form. On the other hand, batsmen like Jonny Brainstow, Jason Roy, Alex Hales are performing well too. This is a great sign for England’s future at the World Cup. I'm going with it's unlikely. There always seams like there's a lot of potential but they consistently fail to get it together. Look at the last tournament on paper England should of dominated the group only one or 2 players from any opposition would of made the England squad. They should of clearly beat Iceland, again no one on the Iceland team would of made the England squad.Now even on paper I don't think England have a team to reach the semi finals. How many of englands team would make the squad forgermany, Spain, France, Argentina, Brazil, italy or even Belgium. On paper we’re a quarter final team. rarely do England perform as they should on paper because we have inferior team play, tactics etc. So im predicting a second round exit at best but remain eternally hopeful we can actually get it together. Of course after seeing the draw and who qualifies I'll make an adjusted prediction.

I would like to say yes since I have so many important Polish people in my life, but I just don’t see it. I think even replicating what happened in ‘82 would be difficult. France has a deep roster, Germany is Germany, and behind them you have Spain, Brasil, Portugal, Argentina and an England team with a string of impressive youth results. As much as during qualifying we now see less of a gap between mid tier and elite teams, the elites always find another gear during the World Cup.

Does James Haskell still have any chance of playing for England in the 2019 Rugby World Cup?
Haskell's chances are almost zero. England will probably be looking to take 5 back row players with them to Japan. Billy Vunipola is a certainty if fit, as are at least one of Tom Curry and Sam Underhill. Then there are Brad Shields, Mark Wilson, Nathan Hughes, Jack Clifford and Chris Robshaw, all of whom have been in the squad more recently than Haskell.It's very unlikely that the selected players will come from outside that group. However, the injury rate among England back rows is very high, and there's and outside chance that Haskell will get a call if four of the above are injured in the run up to the RWC. But to do that, he had to be playing regularly for Saints, which he ain't at the moment.
