Why can people wearing leg braces park in handicapped spots?
People such as myself who wear braces or splints on either one or both legs are allowed to park in disabled spaces for a number of different reasons depending on why the individual in question has been granted the blue badge and thus the ability to park in these spaces. Here are a few, but the list is not exhaustive by any means:You are registered as blind/severely sight impairedYou receive the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living AllowanceYou have been awarded a lump sum benefit from the Armed Forces Compensation scheme. You have also been certified as having a permanent and substantial disability which means you can’t walk or find walking very difficultyou receive a government grant towards your own vehicle.you have a permanent or substantial disability which means you can’t walk or find walking very difficultyou are a driver and have severe upper limb disabilities.you are applying on behalf of a child over two with a permanent or substantial disability which means they can’t walk or find walking very difficult.you are applying on behalf of a child under three with a medical condition that requires them to be close to a vehicle for emergency medical treatment or transporting bulky medical equipment.(also the majority of blue badge holders receive free bus passes and discount cards for taxis)Having to wear my splint is not too bad, but if I have to walk a long way my leg gets achy and tired, so being able to park in these spaces is great. Only some of these apply to me, but as a partially sighted teenager it is a massive help in my day to day life!
What is the best and least painful way to break a bone?
UMM GET HELP! Why would you want to break something. It is supposed to be painful (I don't know as I have never broken anything) and you can seriously damage yourself. What if you break it so bad that you need surgery to fix it or metal screws put in! What if you damage muscle or tissue. Not only that, but you now can't use that body party for however long the cast is on. Plus the cast can be really itchy and you can't get that part of your body wet.

Please someone get me out of my obsession?
This is the problem with me... i hit my friend in his penis some 6 years back... now when i was thinking about my school days, this one came to my mind. i'm afraid would it have caused any serious problem to him say any sexual disorder (even though i'm very sure that it wouldn't have caused him no more than a pain) i'm thinkin about it over and over again... please suggest me some ways of getting out it... i got the most important entrance exam in 2 months time.... this obsession is not letting me to concentrate on anything else... please pull me out of this...
