Do Nightclubs In Tenerife Id

Do you need ID to get into Ibiza, tenerife, ayia napa or magaluf clubs?

I'm thinking about going on a clubbing holiday with my Friends for my 18th birthday. However, my birthday is in January, and so although i will be legal to get into all the clubs, and i will have ID, practically all of my mates won't, and obviously it won't be no fun if i'm on my own lol so i really need to know if they are strict on age/ID in the clubs. If it makes a difference, i'm a girl, i'll be 18 when we go so at least one of us will have ID, and i plan to go on holiday with a bunch of girl mates. so yeah, will we be able to get into the clubs easily? and is there anything we could do to have more of a chance of getting in? and out of ibiza Ibiza, tenerife, ayia napa and magaluf, which would anyone recommend going to the most and are any of these more lenient on ID than others? thanks in advance for answers, and if anybody else has done something like what i'm planning before, let me know how it went please, thank you x

Why do night clubs let women enter for free and make men pay, and not vice versa?

I love night clubs. At one point in my life, when I was living in Charlotte, NC, I would go out 3–4 nights a week.As an introvert, I counterintuitively found night clubs very relaxing. The loud music. The alcohol flowing. The hedonism. The primitive state. I am a very observant person -and that’s what I would do. I would philosophize about the meaning of life, how we are just evolved apes, and other such issues. It would put me on a very creative mindset, which allowed for many breakthroughs.Since I was a regular, and Charlotte is a rather small city, I became friends with many bouncers and business owners. I remember talking with one of them about the exact theme you’re asking about. So I asked him: “Don’t you think it’s demeaning for both men and women that they pay, and we don’t?”“It’s just business, man.”“No, I get that. It just sucks.”“Listen, did you pay to get in tonight? And last week?”“Uhh… Actually no, I did not.”“Why do you think is that? Because we are friends?”“Well… I thought so. We are friends, right?”“Yeah, but that’s not the point. You get in for free because you are 6′6 and you have an accent. You get in because you are a college athlete. You get in because, if you get in, hot women want to come here. Hot women bring their less-hotter friends. And all women bring less-hot guys. Then we make money.”“So hot people are basically baits for less-hotter people to come here and buy alcohol.”“Yep.”“Well, life sucks.”“Yep. Do you want a free drink on the house?”“Sure, man.”(A picture of the actual club I am talking about).

Is Tenerife strict with ID in nightclubs/bars?

I m going to Tenerife with a friend who is 18, I am only 17.. I have been on previous holidays where they don t care what age you are (Zante, Sunny Beach ect). I was wondering if it would be like that where they don t care or if there is a chance I would get asked for ID? Also we are going in November so it s out of season, not sure if this would make a difference.

Are clubs strict on ID in Ayia Napa?

Also how much money will I need, will €150 ish euros be enough for clubbing for about 4/5 nights? I am going for 7 nights but will not be out every night and I only need money for alcohol and getting into clubs as my parents will pay for food and everything else

Which is better Ayia Napa or Tenerife ?

I went to Ayia napa(Nissi beach) last summer I wouldnt really go there for culture and art its definately more of a party destination you would go with a group of friends. The main attraction is the nightlife and party atmosphere busy beaches etc. I would say its safe but obviously you have to be careful whenever you travel anyway.Sunshine fun and sex is very likely its what ayia napa is known for lol

Will we get into clubs in ayia napa?

No they dont I D you there , but watch yourselves !
lots of shady characters around there , AND homicidal british squaddies from the bases on the island - they are suposed not to go there , but the worst among them still do go .
Have a good time , drink all you want , but remember the place has a deserved reputation and that you are not in the UK where some kind policeman is there to deliver your drooling form back to mummy and daddy if you get blootered .

Where's the best area in Tenerife for a young person (20s) to stay on holiday?

Don’t go to Costa Adeje in the South, as although there are the best hotels in this area there is nowhere to go outside the hotels.
I even stayed once in the most luxurious hotel of all Canary Islands there, the Hotel Gran Bahia del Duque. (For work purposes... I didn´t pay the bill... gosh...) Outside the hotel we tried to find a place where to have dinner (as we wanted to eat outside the hotel) and it was almost impossible. There is a shopping centre with shops and everything is closed by 22.00 h... Spanish people start to have dinner by that time!
Finally we had to take the car to go to somewhere and it was also odd... 2 restaurants (very expensive & horrible!!!) and a supermarket... that’s the night life there... it´s wonderful for these people who like to stay at the hotel and relax and go to the beach and have some day excursions... but as a young person you will get bored!!
I liked the area of Puerto de la Cruz, as there you have as well as tourist stuff all these nice places local people go to have a couple of drinks or some nice food and it´s not expensive. You have bars, restaurants, discotheques and it´s great and you have a fantastic beach there as well.
There are lots of young people in this area, tourists as well as locals.
I work in tourism in Spain and know the Canary Islands very well.
If you want to party, it would be even more convenient to go to Gran Canaria instead of Tenerife, as in Gran Canaria there you have the unique and famous party area in Playa del Ingles and beaches are much better in Gran Canaria than in Tenerife (where most beaches are rocks or a mixture between sand & rocks or artificial beaches)
Have a nice trip and enjoy!!!
All Canary Islands are lovely and worth a visit.

Can people tell if booze is watered down?

I once had two bars which happened to be next to each other. One evening a regular in one of the bars ordered a round of Sambuccas. There was only a little Sambucca left in the bottle I had so I popped next door to get some more. They had a half-empty bottle which I took back to the other place and poured the customer 6 shots which he took to his table.A couple of minutes later he brought the tray of half-finished shot glasses back to me and laughed as he said “Great joke, Neil, but can I have the 6 Sambuccas now?”“What do you mean?” I asked.“I ordered 6 Sambuccas, not 6 shots of water with a hint of booze” he replied and gave me a half-empty shot glass to try.The glass contained about as much alcohol as a bottle of homeopathic tincture contains medicine.I procured another bottle and made the guy a proper round of drinks and apologised.Later that night I asked a trusted barkeeper if he knew what was going on. He revealed to me that the new manager had frequently been seen topping up bottles of vodka at closing time, presumably to cover up for money he was taking. The next day the new manager became the new ex-manager.The bulk of the bar’s business had been cocktails and bottled and draught beer. You can’t water beer down but nobody would notice if the vodka used for cocktails was a bit thin as the other ingredients cover that up.So yes, it’s possible to water drinks down in a bar and, depending on what’s being watered down, there’s a good chance that you’ll get away with it. However, it’s a silly thing to do. Luckily, the customer who inadvertently discovered my dodgy manager’s fiddling kept quiet about the incident. It could have been disastrous if he’d posted on Facebook that he’d been given watered down booze.Don’t do it as anyone (including staff) could discover you and ruin your name. Don’t be a cheapskate and get a reputation for quality.Quality can lead to quantity.(I wrote this answer assuming the OP may be a bar owner).
