Do Not Want The New Walmart Mastercard-do L Just Cut It Up Adsvise

I have actually done that at least once and have refused to return the card a couple times on orders from the card-issuing company (usually VISA, Amex or MasterCard, not the individual bank). This, however, was around twenty-five to thirty years ago. I don’t know if it still goes on.It used to be that we had “swipe terminals” for credit cards that were certainly less sophisticated than the current ones. We also received printed booklets listing card numbers that the companies or banks wanted confiscated. I can’t remember if these were used together or if the cards lists (booklets) were before we had any kind of terminal. In any case, if the card was listed in the booklet, or if the terminal said “Call”, we were to call the card company to get approval for the transaction. Sometimes they were okayed, sometimes the transaction was declined, but the card could be given back to the customer. I assume that these were just minor charges over the limit.Occasionally, however, the card company would instruct us to keep the card and not return it to the customer. Sometimes we would be instructed to cut it up. In those cases, the cards would be mailed back to the credit card company and they would send you a reward check. I would imagine that this was in the case of severely abused cards or fake or stolen ones. It was a good amount, but I can’t remember how much. I would say from $25 to $100. However much it was, it was enough at the time to make us go through the big hassle that resulted from keeping a customer’s card.Of course, sometimes there was no hassle. If the card was stolen, the thieves knew enough to get the heck out of there as soon as you said you had to go into the office to call the card in. Also, if the card was fake or stolen, you were told to call the police if the person was still there. I don’t think I did that more than once or twice. But the reward was higher if the cops actually arrested someone. My details on this system are a little hazy. We definitely had the booklets to use before the terminals and were supposed to call if the charge was over a certain amount.I was a bartender at the time. I remember that if the manager heard you calling a card in, he would take it from you do he could get the reward himself. Sometimes we would use the pay phone instead of the office phone if that manager was working.

- Do not ever insult the flag, the military, or the Constitution. Doing so will instantly make you the most hated person in the country- Don't discuss politics with people who are not close to you. - Do not leave a restaurant without paying tip. Our waiters here do not get paid minimum wage and leaving without a tip is considered a grave insult. - Do not tell someone how bad something is up front as that can be taken very negatively. - Do not jaywalk unless you're in NYC or Boston. In many parts of the country it is not really tolerated and even a crime- Don't spit or do #1 or #2 in public. Well I'm sure this is not even tolerated in most countries- Always respect monuments and sites where our veterans are honored. Dont take humorous photos in front of such sites as people will be very insulted. - I've also never heard of bargaining and generally is very frowned upon unless you're at a car dealership. - Openly talking about sex is considered taboo in many places. It is also considered rude to ask about salary or social status. - Not all Americans are receptive to hugs or kisses on cheeks. Play it safe and just give a firm handshake. - Always respect personal space. Unlike Europeans, Americans are not as keen on close contact especially with strangers and will get very defensive if they feel their personal space is breached. - Don't drink in public. In many places, this is considered a crime and can get you ticketed or arrested. - When you are stopped by police, do what they say and do not insult them. Do state your rights if necessary (ex. consent to search) but do not physically resist them.  As long as you are courteous and respectful, they will not hurt you. To be honest, customs differ greatly based on region but the top points here are the very basics of what you should never do in the US. Most of this is common sense but some of them are not really known when foreigners come into this country. This does seem much but trust me, come to Asia and the Middle East and there are much more rules to observe.

Yes, of course you can!How to Find Walmart ReceiptsFor an in-store Walmart purchase, if you know the specific details like time of day, date, store location, etc., then you can go back to the same store, and they can look it up for you and reprint a paper receipt. Where can i buy aquarium plant seeds?

I just started my aquarium in September and I tried the Aquatic Bulbs from Walmart. They are about $3 for a package of 3-5 various bulbs. They are mostly hardy although you may get 2 or 3 that don't sprout. Not a problem. $3 for 3 plants is still pretty good. Also, they have dwarf lily bulbs which i think are awesome. Petsmart & Petco both offer live plants and they are not too expensive. I purchased some purple leafed plants (ludwigia i think) & java fern for about $3 each. They were 4" high. They are doing great. You should not get snails from Petsmart or Petco. Here's some pics of my tanks with the live plants i bought from these places.

Rabbit advice Please I really need it:)?

kk well i know a bit about rabbits so bare with me. For one, they are very fragile and you want to keep them in a very well ventalated cage so I advise your adverage rabbit hutch with a wire area and a small wood area where they can hide out. You can line this hideout with pine and the litter pan with a small amount of it as well. Make sure that your rabbit ALWAYS has access to timmothy hay which can be bought at most pet stores. Timmothy hay is neccisary for your rabbits digestion and won't make him fat. Check his water daily by pushing on the dispenser lightly to be sure he is getting water. I advice a plain non mix rabbit pellet so he doesn't just eat the good parts and get fat. The cage needs to have at least some hard surfess on part of it he can easily get to or he will hurt his feet from constantly standing on the wire. In the summer keep a frozen waterbottle in the cage for him to rub against and if he over heats try keeping a fan on him and putting half a bottle of liquid petiolite in his water dispensor. Be sure to trim his nails, going slowly so you don't take too much off at once. If you bathe him be very very careful and use tear free baby shampoo. A good way to get rid of stains on the feet or tail is to use baking powder mixed in water. This can then be rubbed against his feet and washed off. One last thing, when you brush them you actually brush backwards. This will not hurt the rabbit and will help him get rid of shedded hair. I hope this helps.

The answer really depends on your state. MOST states are at will employment. So you either figure it out or find a new job. I know it sounds callous. But the reality of it is that the business isn’t there to accommodate you or your needs. You are there to accommodate the business. If you can’t work the hours they need you to work, then why do they need to pay you? Why should they hire a second person (and most likely cut both your hours) when it is just easier for them to find another person that can (and is willing) to work the hours they need.I would suggest that you find another way to reduce (or eliminate) your restrictions. You can keep talking to them, and hope they accommodate) or you can find your own solution.

I don't want to rat race anymore- how should I kill myself?

I have always been okay with life being very hard, unforgiving and know that only bills and death are promised but I'm over it.

Im 26 and do information technology for a hospital and scratch a part time at walmart to still be dead broke and barely making ends meet. I'm in the star bucks generation- take out loans to better yourself then end up mopping floors.

Older folks say "you have to work your way up like past generations" - easy for them to say when you made the cut off date and have a salary from 1995 and are 15 percent vested- now that the middle class is history you either fly high or crash and burn.

I know that there is a ton of money to be made out there but the sad part is that I don't want to continue to sell my soul to capitalism. What is the point of working two jobs 70 hours a week for 50 years to never have free time to be home and feel like a human being? I can't imagine having kids one day that barely see me that are still suffering in poverty while my wife bangs other guys because I'm too busy selling my soul rat racing to barely put food on the table. No savings, no vacations, no retirement, no social life. No thanks.

I'm retiring today nothing personal to my creator earth is awesome but its just not for me anymore. How should I kill myself?

I need advice on my 1 1/2 year old....?

I took the last pacifier my daughter had and cut the tip of it in half... so that everytime she would ask for it, she would put it in her mouth and give it back.... I just tell her that it is broken. Now she has gone 2 whole days without it.... today will be the 3rd day. She is doing really well during the day..... though at night it seems that she is literally heartbroken over not having her "sis"- which is the name she has for it. Should I give in and buy a new one for her just to use at night and during naps????? or is this going to create the same problems as it was before with her wanting it all the time??? I'd like to think that I should just let her miss it for a few more days, and not have it at all... though it is killing me seeing her want it so badly at night... she has never slept without a pacifier..... But i really dont want her to have it anymore... she is getting too big for it. i know it isnt harmful on her teeth.... but she is just about obsessed with having it.
