My friend, you have to take the product to its authorised service centre along with all the proper documents like the invoice & any warranty document, if available.If you don’t know or can’t find where the authorised service centres are, you can just try Googling it up or even try to contact your product’s manufacturer by calling its customer care or you can even email the manufacturer. If you can’t find the contact no. or the email address, you can simply check the product package, it should be there or you could simply Google that up too.

I brought some pc parts from amazon.com a couple of graphic cards, hdd,wifi adapters , most was used , most had a 90 day warranty and one i brought had a no return policy but i need the part because couldn't find it new in stock, still working today{ wifi adapter certain type that i wanted} the best one was a creative zen mp3 player the seller said it had some wear on it , thought the screen was damaged ,missing buttons,etc it was only going to be use for work and exercise at the park when i got it through amazon it was almost brand new , in other words i been lucky with amazon and ebay on refurb and used parts , agree care should be taken when buying used parts from amazon.com or any other site , some sort of warranty in case of failure

More over buying any PC Part from Amazon / Flipkart will have no warranty if yhey are imported via Amazon Global Store along with their High price.Which is why for a PC Build or Graphics card orders, I prefer Computer Parts, Laptops, Electronics, and More for their cheap price and affordable shipping rate.One example was when I wanted to buy ASRock Z270 Mobo for my old build, which costed 45k in Amazon and only 10k in Newegg with Express shipping and with warranty included.Anyways, its always better to look for any alternative places instead amazon and flipkart when buying any PC Component.Regards,Raghav
