Do People In Other Countries Get Harley-davidson Or Indian Tattoo

So far,how much money did you spent on your tattoos?

im going to get my very 1st tattoo this summer im excited and nervous at the same time i dont tolerate pain very well
its going to be a black koi with some lotus flowers, cherry blossoms, wind and waves im also thinking about maybe putting like an oriental sugar skull there
now its going to be on my left arm/shoulder

now my parents are going on vacation this summer to Europe( back ot our country Poland for like a month and a half) they asked me if i wanna go i said now cause i dont have any friends there anymore they all moved somewhere so they gave me the money( which is almost a 1000$) cause thats how much a flight ticket costs

now do you tihnk that i wil lbe able ot get a really nice tattoo for that amount or money i dont want to spend it all on the tattoo i want ot have like 400$ for shopping and other stuff now i was kinda on the edge as ofr the size but i decided that it i want something really nice and detailed it has to be big so im thinking about like maybe having the tattoo from my shoulder to maybe like 5 inches below my elbow but i dont want it to be a sleeve tattoo i know that it will take a lot of work and a lot of time to finish but im nto expecting it to be done within like 5 or 6 hours

Which are better, Harley-Davidson or Victory motorcycles?

According to Consumer Reports, Victory motorcycles are somewhat more reliable than Harleys. Both are dramatically more reliable than all European brands, particularly BMW, which was the worst motorcycle overall in terms of reliability. I own two Victory bikes. They have a little more power than most Harleys and they handle better than most (some Harleys have very short suspension travel and terrible lean angles). Some Harleys handle well for cruisers and have better suspension designs than others. Harleys are very fun to ride and have a unique engine sound and feel that many people like, including me. There is a rider culture (including the "Harley Owners Group" or HOG) that provides an instant community. One marketing prof said (paraphrasing), "If you can persuade customers to tattoo your logo onto their bodies, they are unlikely to switch brands." Only Harley has that brand strength and there is some product substance to it because of the way the bikes feel and make you feel.  That's not my cup of tea and I'm unlikely to buy a Harley. I like them, I get the appeal and I admire their brand but there are just too many of them around and most of them don't have the performance to appeal to everyone. Victory is a small step up in performance in most cases, is a more reliable brand and is different enough to appeal to me.

What are your thoughts on the Harley Davidson monopoly on the chopper market?

Let’s start with the beginning of your sentence my thoughts on Harley Davidson having a monopoly on anything, they don’t have a monopoly on any segment of the market. They are losing market share in every market segments that they used to have market share domination during the 60s 70s and during the turbulent 80s they had to go to the United States Senate and beg for a tour I think it’s over 700 mL engines from Japan and elsewhere to help monopolize the heavy engine and have the bike industry so they could price them selves into a better position. History lesson over. Now let’s get to the second part of your question having a monopoly on the chopper market. There is no such thing as a chopper market. There are individuals who late to self express their uniqueness in the world and the like to express that uniqueness in unique modes of transportation with what could be called radical front ends that are stretched out large displacement engines with loud exhaust systems in dubious braking systems. Some of these bikes fall into the category called choppers. There are some famous builders of these unique machines some of them have even had their own television shows you may have seen on cable some of these creations have gone for hundreds of thousands of dollars. And then a few years later you can pick them up at auction for pennies on the dollar or look in your local craigslist or cycle trader there are plenty of listings on eBay as well. All of these bikes have been built without the blessing of the Harley Davidson motor company. Some of these bikes do not even have a single piece of Harley Davidson manufactured component attached to it .

Real experiences with tattoos/piercings & jobs?

Here we go. I work for a placement agency placing people in IT and Business jobs (recruiter). My boss lives and works in St. Louis, so she only sees me about 5 or 6 times a year. The last time she was in, she pulled me to the side and told me that I needed to take my nose ring (actually a nostril screw, BARELY noticable) out at work, and I needed to make sure that I keep my tattoos covered up. I looked at her like she was crazy, because she said that it was because we cannot let the people that we hire think that they can have their noses pierced. THEY ARE ALL FROM INDIA! Almost every single woman that we place has her nose pierced!! So I told her that it was discrimination. Then about 3 weeks later, a person that we were putting out to temp came in with her nose, lip, eyebrow, tongue pierced, and tattoos all over her hands, and I called corporate and asked them what I should tell her, and they said nothing, because where we were sending her to work was OK with those things........So I called my boss and threatened to file a suit from her, and I am still waiting to hear back. If she still says that I can't be comfortable with my mods at work, then I am outta here. 12$ an hour is not enough pay for me to be descriminated against, and I really can't think of any amount of money that that would be OK for.

Tattoos and Saudi Arabia?

well yes. there are loads of people here with tatoos. ive never seen a naked one though.. but im sure not everyone has unveiled what they have hidden underneath.. loooooooool!
I went to a harley davidson sort of show a month ago in Aramco oil company compound.. thousands of Americans, Saudi's and other nationalities all around, women and men alike with tatoos.. It didnt seem to faze anyone.. Everyone was too interested in the bikes to worry about who had what tatoo..
We Saudis are not as unworldly as you think.. Yes, we are traditional and yes, we dont approve of Tatoos.. but we know they exist and we know westerners (and harley dudes) just love them..
My immediate neighbor rides a harley and he has tattos all up and down his arms.. No one seems to bother him..
Id say.. if that naked girl tatoo isnt within viewing site, dont bother.. If its open, like on your forearm or something, yes cover it.. otherwise, just dont go about flaunting it or with your shirt off anywhere there are a large group of Saudi's.. Probably no one will even notice that much anyways..
