My 'friend' called me ugly behind my back?
Hi! Idk if this helps but i'm a 13 year old girl. Today a new teacher thought I was someone else, I didn't really mind since she was new, it happens all the time right? But then, when class ended and I was on my way walking to my next class, I overheard my friend talking to her friends about how the teacher thought I was someone else. She laughed and called me ugly! Look, I don't really care if people call me ugly, because I don't think i'm ugly. Classmates and friends compliment me all of the time. What made me angry though. was that the stupid girl dared to talk **** about me behind my back. I wasn't suprised, she gossips about literally everyone, even her bestfriends, so I figured she must have gossiped about me before. But still, what the hell?! To be honest I kind of think she's insecure about herself, she always complains about how she thinks she's an albino because she's so pale. She always talks about how many pimples she has and calls herself fat. (Even though she isn;t fat, like she's so skinny.) I also think she's saying it for attention, because i'm going to be honest here, she's a real attention whore. It's also really weird because she has called me pretty too. Anyways, I don't know what to do. Should I confront her? I feel like it'd be a waste of time since i'm not going to hang with her anymore. Also I don't really mind that she called me ugly. But I still feel like I should do something, because I feel like if I don't do something, I'll regret it. Help??

Then visit the homes of all your friends and relatives who you suspect bitch about you behind your back. Ask them for a glass of water. Wow! You’re a master spy. James Bond would be so jealous of your moves right now. When they go to the kitchen, plant a cell phone under their dining room table, ’coz… u know… dining room is where the bitching takes place. First tell me , why do you even care ? Their bitching about you indicates that you're much above them anyways ! Ignore them and they'll stop doing that soon. :) No one can take getting ignored. :DHope that helps ! :)

Friends are there to make you happy.You should try to confront them, make them know that you're aware of whats been going on. I don't advise you to show weakness nor that you're completely oblivious and passive. You may discover that some of your so called friends thrive on your pain, even try to seduce others into participating in the 'backstabbing' process. You shouldn't let their comments get to you and eventually once they complete 'bitching' about you behind your back, they'll come back crawling for your friendship and forgiveness, keep doors open. Once they see that you don't care, they'll give up on trying to bring you down. Also know that the problem is them not you!

I once had a best friend at college who thought I called her a bitch. She kept this disillusion within herself and stopped talking to me without any reason or explaination. She stayed with me in the Same bench in college, didn't leave me for a single second but did not communicate to me. This went on for 2-3 months. It was extremely torturing. I had been going through mental torture at home too and had some medical conditions due to stress. All of it didn't matter to her. I asked her many times why she wasn't talking to me, but she didn't respond.One day all of our mutual friends decided to stay together and resolve the issue. She didn't open up even that day but a day later she messaged me to say that I call her a bitch and I didn't even admit it made me a liar and a cheater.I had never called her a bitch. I wouldnt imagine calling her that. She was my best friend at the time and I trusted and loved her with everything. I explained to her that she must have misunderstood. But she kept pushing the fact that I had called her a bitch and expected me to regret and romorse the fact.I apologized and said sorry. We went shopping the next day; 4 of us, including her and me our gang. I thought now everything was normal. But even then she kept avoiding me.Something inside me broke that day. I suffered tremendous mental stress over something I had never done and had apologized over that. Even then things hadn't been set right. My heart shielded around itself and slowly I grew apart from her and all of our mutual friends. I maintained basic communication for 1 year at college.Now it has been a year since graduation and I have no idea, where she is or what she does. I don't care.
