Why can't black rappers hang with Drake and Eminem even though they started rap?
Smart black rappers like Snoop Dogg saw Drake and Eminem and went to a different game where he knew white people didn't hang. All smart black people like Kobe Bryant and Floyd Mayweather know they can't hang in white peoples game like UFC and Soccer. Back in Rakim's day black people ruled rap but nowadays white people have passed them. It is likely most of the black rappers will all convert over to soul music when they realize they can't hang with the white rappers. Which black rapper do you think will be next to run away from the white peoples game? I don't think it will be Nas he isn't that smart.

well hello! o.k. serious question do you think that if eminem was black there would be as much people saying he's the only good rapper? i mean really the people who say all rap is crap and then they say emimem is the only good rapper becuase "he raps about life and things everybody can relate too" well aren't there more rappers who rap about "things you can relate too" and also eminem raps about killing people can you relate to that? to me it's the same concept as to why tiger woods is getting so much attention. but then again what do i know. i wanna know your opinions
Buy or Sell: Most of Eminem success is because he's white?
I know Em admitted it himself that there's a lot of non-white rappers that are nicer than him that remain unknown, but I do think he had a lot of talent when he was first coming up. Lyrically, he was a beast, but he wasn't successful. His commercial success was due partly because he was white, and also because he was viewed more as pop then rap. Just look at who he was dissin to get his name known. BUY I think Royce was and is nicer than Em, and he's barely known. If Royce was white, and Em was black, I think Royce would have the same fame Em has.

Yes. For a few reasons.Let’s get the obvious one out of the way first - by calling MGK a mumble rapper, Eminem loses serious credibility. I mean, it makes one wonder if Eminem has even heard an MGK song, because regardless of how good his music is, it definitely is not mumble rap.Second: Everyone here seems to be all over Eminem’s dick because of the awesome lyricism, witty wordplay, and timely cultural references. Yes, we all fucking get the jokes, they’re not difficult to understand, and I for one agree 100% that, on pure lyricism, Eminem bests MGK, hands down.But is this about lyricism? No, it fucking isn’t. MGK never, at any point made any claim to being better than Eminem. In “Rap Devil”, he even calls Eminem “the greatest ever”. So that basically renders half of Eminem’s argument moot. Yes, Eminem outsold MGK, Eminem gets more bitches than MGK, Eminem has more hits, etc etc. Who the fuck cares? That’s not what’s at stake and the fact that Eminem feels the need to press these points when they’re not even up for debate is rather sad.MGK is arguing that Eminem is being a hypocritical bully, and he backs it up with adequate, documented evidence. He mentions their similar backgrounds, similar struggles, and implies that a younger Eminem would have rejected the current Eminem. The only on-topic response that Eminem gives was “I say one call to Interscope and you’re swayze”, implying that Eminem could’ve done in MGK’s career, but actually chose not to. He also mentions being “rich-shamed”, and while he doesn’t make a real argument out of that, at least he does acknowledge that this is a topic being debated.Eminem does respond to some of the criticism, but only by undermining the assumption that he’s a decent reasonable guy. Because Eminem straight up admits that he’s fucking with MGK because he just plain doesn’t like the guy. Why are you an eminem fan? honestly?
I'm his fan, and I'm a white guy. He's my favorite rapper, but I don't like him cause he's white. I like many other rappers. Tupac Shakur, Nas, Sir Mix-A-Lot, MC Hammer, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, the other D12 members, Royce da 5'9'', etc. Eminem is my favorite rapper because his songs, despite that they're supposedly "disgusting" and "immature" are brilliant and have great lyrics. He doesn't rap about drugs, money, and women. He raps about real sh*t, such as his daughters, his divorce with his ex-wife, Kim, and overcoming his overdose. He's not boring, he's intense and his swearing, let's face it, puts emphasis on his lyrics. And immaturity is a natural part of rap. The song "Kim" was good because it was a one time thing, really. Sure he has other mad songs, but no song was as inappropriate as it was. And if his whole album was that, than maybe I'd have a different opinion. But "Till I Collapse" is my favorite Em song and it has great lyrical content and you should try listening to it.
