I am not sure. Do you mean songs that make you cry? Or tear jerkers or overly sentimental? I am not aware of any more Christmas songs but there are a few songs that I know of that I personally love and always make me cry.

Have you ever left the house with two similar, but different shoes because you were running late?

Oh my gosh, I am so glad I’m not the only person who has done this.I have left the house with one black and one navy shoe - actually a couple of times. I had two identical pairs in those colors, and I often dressed in relative darkness to avoid waking my husband. But the most embarrassing was when I realized around noon that I was wearing one beige pump and one pink AND THEY HAD DIFFERENT SIZE HEELS! (By 1/2-inch, it’s not like I was wearing one stiletto and one flat or anything drastic.)How I walked around for half the day not realizing that one leg was shorter than the other, I will never know. It wasn’t until I hit a particularly difficult issue with a database and I was staring at my shoes hoping the solution would come to me that I noticed, Hey, I think those are two different colors… Wait… they’re different heels, too. Holy crap, I need better lighting in my closet!

Nordstrom b.p. shoes?

Explain to them how it's not just a purchase, but an investment. Nordstroms shoes are built very well and they stand by their shoes. If any thing happens to a purchase that you make from Nordstroms they will let you return it, no matter how old the purchase is. Since you don't have any shoes in this color you can explain to them how you don't have anything this color and it will be an addition to your wardrobe. Also explain to them how this is a really good price for something at Nordstroms. If they try to tell you that you can buy similar shoes at a cheaper price, just explain that the cheaper shoes don't come with a lifetime warranty like purchases made at Nordstroms do.

Hope you get them. Good luck!!!!!!

Has anyone see Buy-One, Give-One program (similar to TOMS shoes) successfully implemented for a professional services company?

While looking for companies who Give 1 when you Buy 1, I had come up with the following list:Warby ParkerKutoa youandwhoBlanketstatements Better world booksProject 7Skyline SocksYoobiFigs Thread for threadThe company storeOut of Print Clothing2 degreestwice as warmBaby teresapanda smile squaredHand in HandFaucet FaceOAK lifestyleromaFEED Projectsgood spreadBoGo bowlone world play projectPeople waterWe woodHowever, they are all from the B2C business model, if there are bulk orders from a business organisations these companies can be a part of B2B model too. We can find examples of free professional services while placing orders of Furniture, roof re-modelling, landscaping, plumbing services and similar categories. Till date, not a single service has occurred to me where 1 is given when 1 is bought. While I answer this question, I am amazed by an idea that how wonderful it would be to get a haircut/ hair-wash/ body cleaning for free for someone in need in third world nations when people avail such salon/ spa service in First world nations.  I feel it would be amazing. I also feel that when a big consulting company get a substantial revenue with a new client, they can as well consult a small company that needs help and others which need mentoring. This pro-bono work would be so beneficial because it’s an opportunity for all of them to use their skills, knowledge, and experience to drive lasting societal impact for the issues that matter most to people, and communities. Revolutionary CSR!!
