If I like someone's picture in Facebook and then unlike it will there be any notification in Facebook disclosing me?
Depends.If you like, the notification goes. If you dislike, it takes time for the notification to disappear.If the person accesses the notification before it disappears, all he sees is page not found. He/She will not be able to see which post you liked.The notification disappears again. He/She will not be able to access it again. We need to unpack this a little. Your action in "liking" a picture is an "activity" that is in FB's database, albeit temporarily since you "unliked" it afterward. For the length of time it's in the database, it could be submitted to YOUR friends' news feeds (probably not the non-friend's, unless you have allowed "followers" on your own profile). Also it may generate a notification to the person whose picture it is. FB usually notify if the interaction is from friends of friends, and Page owners will get notifications as well.Although both the notification and the "activity" will be cancelled when you "unlike" the picture, the short answer is yes, the action might be visible to someone if they happen to access FB during the window of time when it was valid, or if they had their notifications delivered by e-mail.

I don't know for instagram but on the majority of sites they will. They get an email as soon as someone likes the photo, it doesn't matter if you remove it. You should've just left it or left a comment. They will be able to tell you deleted it and blocked them.

In my spam folder, there was an email I received yesterday from someone who claims to be this girl who likes meeting people. Her writing infers that she is ESL and she said she found pictures of me over the internet and she likes meeting and talking to people. The end of it says "So, what can you tell me about yourself? You are pretty, I know it for sure.) What r u interesting in? I hope you won't ignore the letter and you'd write me back.) I the perfect time to write me back is... let's say... on the next day?)) I am really excited about your answer. Please, write me back. Later!" Anyone have any clue if this is suppose to scam me? This email said nothing about buying, the only weird thing I found was this "I was searching through sites and accidentlystumble across ur pictures and I thought that there is nothing wrong if I will suggest him to get to know each other, right?)" and I thought it had to do with poor English. To me, it sounds like a kid but any thoughts?

Nope. You're in the clear. :] Facebook doesn't notify users if someone "likes" something (status, album, etc.) EDIT: [in regards to the thumbs down]: Yeah, because I'm totally making this up....... Apparently Shining*Star and myself are the only ones who know what they're talking about. You do NOT get notified if someone "likes" something. I'm not sure why everyone here is under the assumption that you do. Actually know what you're talking about before giving answers a thumbs down.
