How do i get the smell of garlic out of my hair?

You could try rinsing your hair with fresh lemon juice (lemons work on hands for garlic and onion)

Could try rinsing hair in tomato juice

Also could try using a cider vinegar rinse (the vinegar smell goes away after your hair dries)

I can't promise these will work but it is all I could come up with this morning. It may take a few treatments to work.

Good Luck!

Why does cooking garlic or onions smell so nice?

Why does coffee smell good? Why does durian smell good to some? I think it just comes down to a matter of personal preference. Economically speaking, garlic and onions grows easily and everywhere, and only a small pinch is needed to give their flavor to food. Therefore they're used everywhere and smells familiar. Familiarity = comforting = smelling nice.A completely far out there evolutionary response is that it's self defense! Garlic in particular stinks and smells nasty on other people's breath -- therefore other organisms might think there's something wrong with you and keep their distance. This keeps potential danger and other people's germs and bacteria away from you. It becomes a survival instinct and is then passed down in the form of genes that cause folks to like the taste and smell of garlic. ...:D--Bored and want something to read? When people eat garlic we don't notice the smell but we did thirty years ago. Why?

What's true is that most grocery store fruits had stronger smells, and tastes, especially tomatoes.  I used to love the smell of tomatoes but you rarely get that smell unless you buy from an open-air farmers market or buy organic.  Taste too, they taste duller, watermelon tastes like water and sugar, it barely has that fruity taste.  And apples, I only buy organic, the others taste like fiber water with crunch.  The same with flowers, just stop by a florist and smell the roses, most aren't nearly as fragrant.  It's all the processing, the chemicals, the refrigeration, it tends to dull the natural essence of them.Even meats and poultry - try getting an organic turkey for Thanksgiving this year.  First year I did that I was shocked and happy at the difference in flavor.  One thing I've noticed is that I tend to crave more food, even after eating, and when I switched to organic foods I lost that craving.  I think my body may have still been hungry because the nutritive value of the foods had diminished, and organic was better.  You're right, food tasted better years ago, all around.

Will eating cooked garlic make your breath stink?

It depends a bit on how your body metabolizes garlic - not everyone metabolizes it in the same way.

Some people do emit garlic fumes (from the lungs, mostly) after eating only a little garlic, while others can eat much more without smelling. Raw and fried garlic is always smellier than roasted or baked garlic.
