So the fact that you don't have to have a license in order to drive a four-wheeler but if you do have to have one to drive a car makes no difference? You have to have a driver's license to operate an automobile, but not a four-wheeler. Since no license is required to drive a four-wheeler, how can you be punished for having a suspended license? You can operate a moped with a suspended license, and that's technically a "motor" vehicle. Does this make any sense?
