Do You Think I Could Get My Stolen Iphone Back

Lost/Stolen IPhone?

I let my friend borrow my iPhone 5 when I upgraded to a 6s plus. The phone was still linked to my Apple ID because I hadn't yet removed it. When she signed into her Apple ID the phone wasn't linked to mines anymore. She was supposed to give this phone back in May, on the last day of school, but she "forgot" it. So we started school August 7th and I asked if she could bring it. She "forgot" it again. By this time she has her phone back and doesn't need my phone. Weeks go by and I asked her one more time to bring the phone and she tells me it's at her grandmas house. I'm impatient and I don't want to report it because she's my friend. Another week goes by and I ask her if she has it and she says she thinks someone stole it from her grandmas house and They were supposed to bring it to her but they "can't find it." I don't know if her Apple ID is still in it, I doubt it, but is there any way I can get this phone back with the serial number? If it is stolen find my iPhone is NOT on, and her Apple ID isn't in it anymore. Please help. If I don't get this phone back I'll be in big trouble, because I'm supposed to give it to my little sister. Thanks. Any info is useful.

What are the chances of getting back your iphone if it is stolen in india?

If you have turned on Find my iPhone, thenOpen iCloud on your PC or Find my iPhone app on any other iPhone. Enter your Apple ID and password. Click on find my iPhone. You can lock the iPhone and enter an alternative contact number. It'll show on the screen of your iPhone.  It will show you the current location of your iPhone (if it's not switched off and has an active internet connection). But in case you have not turned on Find my iPhone or your device is switched off, you can register a complaint in your nearest police station. They will track the device via your SIM or the IMEI number which is written on the back side of your iPhone's box.  So the chances of getting it back are quite high.

Can you hack a stolen iPhone 4's passcode?

And if so, can you then access the data?

Just to clarify, I'm not looking to hack an iPhone. My Launch Day iPhone 4 (that I camped out for 36hrs for) was stolen over the weekend I am wondering if it is possible to hack the phone's passcode lock? My phone was passcode protected however, unfortunately I did not have MobileMe set up and therefore cannot remote wipe it. My dealings the thief (yes, we've spoke several times) tell me he's not very bright but still, ALL of my info is stored on the phone.

At this point, I don't care that my $500 just went down the drain, his scummy *** can have the phone and sell/trade/use it for all I care but I need to know if it's possible for him to bypass the phone's passcode WITHOUT doing a restore and accessing my data.

*IF* he can bypass the code but cannot access my data then I don't care. =(

I tracked my stolen iPhone with "Find My iPhone" two years after it was stolen. What should I do?

Contact the police. Tell them that you (I hope) reported a theft two years ago and have since been able to track the device that was stolen. I've never had to do this and sincerely hope that I never will, but it would seem to be a simple task for them to take you to wherever the stolen device is and retrieve it.Just as a side note, it shouldn't particularly matter whether the current owner stole or bought the phone. It is still stolen property and most countries have laws that will allow you to reclaim it, even if you choose not to charge the person handling it at the moment.

Is it possible to find my stolen iPhone 6?

If you have done the following then there's a small chance that you may find it. You have data services enabled. You have location services enabled find my iPhone. You have a passcode lock on your phone. If you answered yes to all three then open a web browser and login to your iTunes account. Use the find my iPhone link to locate on a map, the location of your iPhone. Additionally you can also send a custom message with callback number and also remotely erase your phone. If you are lucky you might get it back. Note that all this will work only if your phone has battery power left. But either way, if you have enabled the above three things the iPhone will be virtually a very pretty paper weight for the person who stole it.
