I never thought she was very attractive. People rave about her lips, but they are not shapely, they are just big and lumpy looking. However I think her 'weirdness' makes her even more unattractive. Put it this way, if she Wasn't a celebrity, nobody would pay her all the unwarranted compliments she gets now. But that's really the case for most celebrities. People somehow think that fame makes you more attractive, but in reality, they are no better than the rest of us.
