i think taylor is an amazing singer, i have seen her live and she sang amazingly, i did see her VMA performance and i must admit it wasnt one of her best performances but it was her first time ever singing that song live so that might have something to do with it also the song was written about an incedent that really upset taylor a year ago and singing it on the stage where it all happened may have brought it all back to taylor so she may have been feeling emotional during the performance. overall i think taylor is an amazing singer, everyone has an off performance and her off performance wasnt drastically bad it was just not as good as usual

You think Taylor Swift can sing ?
She can't sing at all, she not only over powered Stevie Nicks but was also off key on the Grammys. In general she is a nice person, but she just can't sing. And I'm not saying she is going to lose (not loose) loads of fans. I'm almost 14 and practically all of my friends are in love with her music and the current pop music. She also sounds the same in every song and is not original. Sorry to not agree with you, but I'm just saying my opinion. In my opinion if someone can't sing live, they can't sing at all. Voices on soundtracks can be auto-tuned and changed, but a real voice can't.

go to youtube and type in taylor swift and deff leapord. they performed and conjoined on cmt's new t.v. show crossroads, me and my mom, and best friend all agree she did a great performance and sang along great with deff leapord! also i do admit in the bigging of her coreer , when she would perform she was a little shaky, but then when she noticed the crowd was all for her she loosened up and rocked! She has a BEAUTIFULL voice! I love all her songs!I got her new cd the day it came out! She is pretty and has talent!! I LOVE TAYLOR!
Do you think Taylor Swift can sing good live?
I have never seen her live in concert, BUT i have watched and listened to her live performances on tv. I LOVE her music, but personally, I don't think she is a good live singer. It's a matter of opinion though. I agree with the person who said to watch videos on youtube. If you're a really big fan, I would go, though. I went to a Jonas Brothers Concert, afraid that they were going to be bad. I ended up having a great time and stopped paying attention to the quality of their voices at the second song. You'll have fun singing and dancing with all the other fans :-)
What do you think of Taylor Swift?
My opinion of Taylor Swift is that she is an extremely talented, hard working, and kind person. She has demonstrated, through out her career, that kindness is an important factor in success. Examples of her kindness include her insane philanthropic endeavors, kindness towards fans, and other people in the music industry. Country music radio speaks kindly of her as courteous, timely, and respectful. She is talented because she writes her own music and maintains that she sings and writes and performs because it is his passion. She dictates he own image and because she is so true to who she is, he music is easy to relate too and sincere. I also love that when Fearless won Album of the Year and people began questioning whether she actually wrote her own songs she decided to write her next album, Speak Now, entirely by herself. No co-writers. But my favorite thing about Taylor Swift is how unapologetically she expresses and embraces female emotion. She freely expresses being angry that someone cheated on her, or regretful that she ended a relationship and treated someone poorly. Even when people called her boy crazy or hysterical she kept writing her truth, and the emotional truth of many women -- whose rational and valid emotions are torn apart by sexist society. She more recently began speaking up on this issue, along with some of her friends, such as Ed Sheeran - who aptly points out people call her out for writing songs about love or her boyfriends and NO ONE calls out Bruno Mars or Maroon 5 for the SAME exact thing.
Do you think that Taylor Swift is overrated?
I used to love Taylor when I was younger, and I'm now 14. I think she is incredibly overrated. I don't think her music is really good at all. All her songs sound the same and they all are about guys and break ups. I know that teens can relate to guys and break ups, but being a teenager isn't all about guys, there are so many more problems to relate to than breaking up with guys. I think her songs sound annoying and they aren't very unique. I also don't think her music sounds very country. It honestly sounds like a pop song with a banjo. That's my opinion on it. I just think that there are many other REALcountry artists (and I don't like country that much) that are extremely talented and deserve the award more than she does. I also think that there isn't anything so special about her voice. She can't sing very well live either, I always find myself very disappointed with her live performances. I used to say that "A couple bad performances, whatever" but most of them, she doesn't sound very good. I personally don't like the sound of her voice, its annoying, but that is my personal opinion. Do I think she is a bad person? Not at all! I think she is a very good person, although I think that she isn't perfect, which is what everyone seems to think. I think it is incredibly disrespectful and rude that she writes songs about her exes ALL THE TIME, but I don't think she's a bad person, she seems sweet:) I just think she needs to grow up a bit, writing about her exes was ok when she was younger, but she's 23, she's an adult and I think her songs are really immature. I do respect her for writing her own songs though. Do I think she is talentless? No; I think she is talented, but she is getting more attention from the media than she should have. I think she isn't horrible, but she isn't amazing either, she doesn't impress me or many people I know. i think of she would be able to sing end nicely. she has a notably voice. keep in mind that at a stay overall performance its merely as lots the audio techs job because of the fact the performers to sound sturdy. Studio recorded music does sound distinctive so stay may appear "off" undesirable accoustics and malfunctioning kit can decrease to rubble a overall performance at a stay stay overall performance. i did no longer see the CMT and that i've got no longer been to a stay overall performance so i'm giving her the income of the doubt. i do no longer innovations her quirkiness in any respect. i'm notably geeky myself
