Why does pubic hair grow faster than head hair?

I agree that not only your pubic hair, but also public hair besides your head grows back more, darker and faster each time you shave, but it does not grow back thicker. It just has an appearance of being thicker because it grows back darker. Also, waxing may help the speed of growth and slow it down so the hair doesn't grow back fast, but waxing still cause hair to grow back darker and more because it cuts off at the roots. To answer your question, pubic and public hair (such as legs/arms) grow back faster than your head hair because the hair follicles contains different hair cells is what I heard. Hope that helped .

How do beekeepers prevent queen bees from escaping their hive?

Bees are social insects, and once they've established their colony in a particular place, the Queen of that colony never leaves. She does not need to be contained in any way. She will not leave. Her sole, and only, purpose in life is to lay eggs and produce new workers to care for the hive.
When the colony gets too large, the workers "know" this and enlarge a few wax chambers. Then the Queen lays an egg in each chamber. The workers feed Royal Jelly, instead of honey, to those larvae. The larvae grow extra large because of the bigger chambers and the Royal Jelly. Each one develops into a new Queen or Drone (male) larvae. The workers seal the chambers, and the larvae inside pupate (like a butterfly) and out climbs a few new virgin Queens and some Drones too. The new Queens fight among themselves until the strongest has killed all her rivals (survival of the fittest), and/or she stings the larvae of the other potential Queens. She does not have barbs on her stinger like her workers do. The new virgin Queen flies into the air with Drones pursuing her. She mates, then returns to the hive and gathers up hundreds of workers and they all swarm off together to establish a new hive somewhere else.
A smart Bee Keeper will take the new Queen and place her, with many workers, into a new empty hive box and a new colony is started. No need to tie her down.

My dog wont stop licking bee stings.?

My dog needs help. Last week he was stung by bees twice. Once in the leg and once on the opening of the sheath around his penis. We have removed the stingers and gave him benadryl and aspirin and put aloe on the areas like the vet said to. But he has been licking both areas since it happened and they are raw now. The more he licks the more itchy it's getting as the hair starts to grow back. We tried a cone but he tore it right off. Then we tried to cover up the area's but he tore off the bandages around his middle covering his penis. His leg is still covered so I am not too worried about that. We tried a muzzle last night but he kept me up and keeps pulling it off unless I am right there. The vet says there's nothing more we can do other than prevent him from licking. Any ideas?
