yes walking will help to loose fat around the stomach area. Its is very important that you remember to breath properly in through nose and out (some say through nose others say through mouth).
Another important point is tomake sure you are holding your back straight and your abdomin in tight. Actually if you do this at all time it will help you to strengthen your stomach muscles.
Don't give up!!! The stomach area for both men and women is one of the last places that fat is burned. For instance women will first loose fat around the chest, arms, and upper body, then in the butt, thighs, and stomach.

So to help even out you make want to work in a weight lifting program for your upper body, No rush though you'll know when its time for you to kick it up another knotch.

the key is not to give up because if you notice that your face looks slimmer or other people notice your looking 'different" but they can't put they're finger on it, that means your headed in the right direction.

Also be sure your taking vitamins and drinking lots of water and watch what you're eating.

Best way to lose belly fat for men?

I am 5'10 I weigh 180lb, I can bench 225lb, and have good lifting habits, I have been eating healthier and I have a good amount of muscle, but have a gut.
I have been running around the neighborhood, and have been doing 3-3.5 miles, in 35 minutes

Its not that great, but I want to know the best tips.
I know obviously I have to do ab work, but what are the best methods.
For example if i can do 40 crunchees relatively easy, should I do as many crunchees as I can without stopping or break up and do 2-3 sets.

Any tip that helps on ab work is appreciated.

Also if I want to lose body fat running, is it better to do a fast jog for longer times, or running/sprinting for 2 minutes (with 30 senconds fast walk break) and then sprinting, and eventually increasing my sprinting time.

As much detail as you can give me will help.

I want to build muscle not just tone, but grow them, and have been doing a good job in terms of legs, chest, back and arms, but still have body fat.
I don't want to waste energy running that isn't efficient and isn't going to help losing body fat.

Does the Arc Trainer help your abs? How to lose belly fat?

I know the Arc Trainer helps your upper calves, but I want to know if it helps lose your belly fat also. I really want to lose my belly fat, but I'm not sure what I can do. I normally just run on the treadmill, but I want to do other things to help.

I'm 5'2 and 132 pounds. I wouldn't say I'm like huge or anything, but I can definitely improve my belly fat and a few other places.

How to lose belly fat without losing breasts?

After years of being slightly underweight, I've finally put on 20 lbs. Unfortunately, I earned the extra weight through a steady collegiate diet of beer and pizza. I've never had breasts before (they're now a B) but I love them, as well as my new hips.

pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
