What time for college classes are best: morning, afternoon, or at night?
Since it looks like you're not a morning person (I'm not either), I'd say don't take morning classes. Night classes might suck if you wanna go home early, because you'll have to stick around on campus until class is over. I prefer to group classes up in adjacent time slots, so I don't have to walk back and forth to class every 2 hours. It's really up to you though. From my personal experience, a lot of people tend to simply skip morning and night classes, because they decide they'd rather sleep in / play computer games / etc.
I got accepted to UCSC and UCLA and I am having a tough time deciding? I orginally had my mind set on UCSC???
I am struggling with this decision because I really did not expect to get in to UCLA, so I had my mind and heart set on Santa Cruz because they have great academics as well as a BEAUTIFUL environment. However, I am afraid that UCLA may have a variety of oppurtunities for me?? I have never been to UCLA so it makes me more skeptical. Everyone I have talked to says it is a wonderful school. I am worried that the LA atmosphere may be a little fast paced for me, maybe even materialistic. I need some advice if anyone knows about either school it would be appreciated!!
