Does Anybody Know This Korean Song

Does anyone know the Korean pop song sung by 1 or 2 guys and a girl...?

It was on the music show "Music Bank" but like...4-6 years ago. The girl sang and the guy(s) rapped, the girl had an afro type thing going on and I think one of those small decoration hats. There were some words in English, but I can't remember what they were -- Love might have been one of them. For some reason I keep thinking of the word "turtle" or some other animal so I don't know if that was part of their name or something.

This has been bothering me and I want to find out who it was hahaha

Hm, I listen to a lot of Korean music, and I've not heard this, but I did a quick Google search, and I came up with some lyrics like, "I believe in you, I believe in your mind." Could that be it? Does anyone know a Korean/Japanese song that has to do with self hate, suicide, self-harm, etc.?

I can really only speak about Korea and of course I don't know every single song ever sung by every Korean music artist but it's highly unlikely that any mainstream music would have anything to do with self hate, suicide, or harm.

For one Korea already has a very high suicide rate, near the top in the world and it's definitely not something that the government or people in general would want to promote in music. Even if it were a song in order to help people cope it just wouldn't happen which I will explain more about a bit later.

Also, Korea isn't like the U.S in that no one can ever tell you what you can and cannot put into a song and music is still for the most part censored here to an extent. There are things you just aren't allowed to put out there - underground stuff, it's possible but still .. like I said it's not something people would want to even remotely promote. Big singers wouldn't have songs about this topic.

Finally and most importantly, Korean society still isn't comfortable with people expressing their personal emotions or issues out in public. This is another reason suicide rates are so high, there's no such thing as signing up for a therapist to talk about depression. Depression is seen as a weakness here, it would affect your ability to get jobs since most companies look at medical records during the hiring process and if you have any connection with a "mental illness" then good luck finding a decent position. People just don't get into others personal lives here, they are seen as private and so even thinking about talking about such a thing in a song just wouldn't be culturally acceptable.

I'm not saying this is a good thing or not but this is how it is in Korea. Recently an 8 year old girl was killed by her stepmother from physical abuse. She went to school everyday with obvious bruises on her skin. Why didn't the teachers say anything? Because it was not their business, it was a "family issue". After incidents like this happen it does make the society question, but it still won't change overnight.

Hmm..I was looking through all of her albums and singles, and she hasn't had a song like that. I'm wondering if you are actually talking about Amerie. She happens to be half Korean and she just recently released a version of her song with Korean singer Se7en in Asia. (Her American version doesn't include him) But then again, he's not rapping, he's singing...Idk, it probably isn't what you're looking for, but here is a clip, just to make sure ^^. Korean song title/artist?

so my friend gave me a cd years ago with tons of kpop and for the most part.. i have been able to find out who does the songs and their names.. but there is this one that i am stuck on and have no idea. it doesn't help much what i dont know korean either.... i know the song has to be at least 6 years old.

anyway its r&b, slow and laid back like nb ridaz's lost in love, and it starts out with the guy rapping but it sounds like he's whispering.. kinda like JaeWon at the end of Iyah by H.O.T.. then the chick starts singing the chorus. he raps again... she sings again... the guy raps again, and she goes again, then the guy sings.

remember... i do not know korean... i studied a little japanese and spanish.... but korean is on my list of languages to learn.. so from what i can make out from what she was singing phonetically is:

then i at the part where the guy starts singing.. the first thing he says is "aishiteyo... nado"... so there is some japanese in the song

i can also remember her saying mian hae in one of her parts and ends it with sarang hae.
