Is Animaker the best online animation software?

Are there any anime with spanking scenes?
There used to be one called "Nobbin's Cartoon Spanking Page" but I think it went inactive long ago. He drew a lot of anime characters in spanking scenes, and a few of them were animated. Most were just still drawings, though. I know a few other sites with cartoon drawings of spankings, but none with animation.
Fairy Tail's new animation sucks.?
I don't hate the new animation, but I don't really like it either. I mean, it's different. Overall it's not a huge, huge difference, but it's the subtle things that matter (Gajeel's outfit, Erza's armor, how their faces are slightly sharper than before, etc...). I think I'll have to watch a few more episodes before I can really decide if I like it or not, but by then I'll probably be used to it. They supposedly changed it to "improve the quality of the anime as a whole" (even though Fairy Tail already had the best animation quality of the Big Four). The only staff change was a switch in character designer, and a switch in animation studios.
